I phoned last year - mainly because I had just broken my leg and couldn't physically get to Fir Park -(I'm a student and they need to see proof of that but they let me email it in) they renewed my card and it only took a few minutes. Hopefully they'll sort that issue out as it could end up causing a few problems

Thats exactly the option that I was looking for, but could not find it online in the dropdown list. Experienced the same problem last year and ended up renewing by phone. Was told the online options would be amended but they haven't.

You can phone and renew your season as well. I did it that way last year.

Yes you do. It just gets activated for the next season when you pay.

Unless you are moving to a new pricing category, do you not just keep the same card you currently have?

It was the same for me, I went with the digital option in the end, I just hope I remember to charge my phone before each game. If you find out that adding to the card is still an option, let me know please as that would be my preferred choice.

Just hit a snag when trying to renew my season ticket online. I have a swipe card which I want to retain and use for next season. However the only options I can see are collection from Fir Park, post out, or get a digital version. Has anyone else come across this?
