I think we will struggle to get Gent again. Can't see him being loaned out again unfortunately. Kettlewell did say that the squad he took to the Netherlands was the one he wanted to start the season with. I don't see Halliday moving on at this stage given that he's just become a permanent player for us.

I saw Slattery in the gym on Saturday which suggests he's still a long way off a comeback or he would be in Holland. Callaghan is a crock and Halliday is finished. Davor is a dud and Paton is extremely limited. The other two have zero experience. We need more quality to play beside Miller.

Absolutely . Brian Caldwell seems to be one smart guy . Kept his powder dry when it would have been tempting to get involved. I like that . Dont think it would take a Mensa IQ to figure out what he’s saying . Hopefully we’ll get this whole debacle done and dusted by end of July and move on at WS and Exec board (whoever that may be ). On a personal note thanks to all the posters who seem to understand decipher all these share figures /percentages . An o-level in arithmetic at school isn’t helping . Been very helpful .

I thought we'd got over KVV, we got his once in a career season from him, and cashed in, we don't need him. He'll see out his contract with Groningen and then dissappear back into obscurity.

Pretty much half the Dundee squad last season were loans. Be interesting to see how they do this season.

We're still a left back or two and possibly a striker short, depending on Ewan Wilson's status and whether Theo Bair moves on. That said, credit to SK and the recruitment team for doing business early this season.

For me, what is missing is accountability. The club board for too long has been unaccountable to anyone. They need to be held to account by the Well society board, and the wider membership.
