Agreed. I'd like to see Watt and Stama given a run of games to see how they gel. With Watt, it could be a bit of a catch-22 situation. He's not match fit because he's not getting game time, and he's not getting game time because he's not match fit.2 points

Im no financial guru. But I suspect having all those things included in the development is how you go about financing a new stadium. Beside any private investment, I would imagine there would be numerous government grants etc available for re-development. With all the additional services going in there you might even get a bus route or a train station.1 point
