  1. Kettlewell to Ibrox? You know it makes sense. He knew Clement was leaving and manouvered a move away from Fir Park.

  3. I got 16/20 for the part of my essay that I wrote on Motherwell fc - highest mark Ive had so far this year Wrote a bit about politics as well on that part - but I think it was my reference to the 1991 cup final that swung it

  4. I said this a wee while back but my biggest fear isn't who the new manager would be, but the fact that what they have to work with just isn't good enough. Previously when a manager had been replaced mid season they have at least had a squad of a decent enough standard to play with, this time around we are asking Wimmer to polish a turd.

  5. Think that was main problem, if he used both eyes we might have had more success in transfer market! 🤪🤪

  6. Wimmer has said Kaleta back training today and Stama also trained the whole session. Hopefully quashes any daft rumours

  7. IMO we have got the worst squad of players I can recall since 1967/68 when we went down. I think where we are right now, that talking about tactics and formations etc. is a complete waste of time. Those picked to play against Dundee should be told that their job is a straightforward one - go out, put in a shift and win the f*cking game because they owe it to the club and the fans.

  8. Our injury list is almost laughable. The sooner this season is over, and the clear out taken place, the better.

  9. I'm just waiting on the Philippe Clement media tour starting. Got my flask and sandwiches in front of the PC now.

  10. 2 Given the pretty public takeover chat, a 'Rangers man' willing to hold the fort until the owners come in was my initial guess. I suspect Bill Leckie won't give Rangers stick though when they appoint the inevitable foreigner rather than a Scottish manager...

  11. I suspect its nonsense , cant see any substance behind it. Mind you he just couldn't have been happy with our style of play under SK, what striker would be. Theres a million miles between that and not wanting to play so I suspect it the usual internet bollocks. Same shite that says Barry Ferguson is getting the Rangers Job 🤣 Update: seems the Barry Ferguson thing is a possibility until seasons end. Very strange. Hope he has a great run and they give it to him permanently. Should ensure years of fun ahead. A detestable wee thug.

  12. I'm assuming he signed an NDA whereas SK did not, given that there would be no financial settlement.

  13. Alexander got a lot of abuse ( probably more than the last chap), yet total respect to him as has never badmouthed the support since

  14. F1 isn't a sport. Its just a load of Kevs driving round in circles.

  15. To be fair to our support, I didnt hear any negativity at the game yesterday. They stayed with the team and provided the appropriate encouragement for the full 90 mins and applauded the teams efforts at the end. It felt clear to me that the majority who made the journey were encouraged by the improvement shown in energy and application and that for now at least, that will do....

  16. Personally I'd go 4-3-3, drop playing 3 centre halves for this game enabling an extra man in midfield . Would likely go with something like Balcome Sod/Koutro. Gordon Casey Thompson Paton Miller Haliday Plange Armstrong/Watt Maswanhise Push wingbacks forward and ask Haliday to hold - get more energy from Paton & Miller moving back/forth. Upfront we need pace and energy together with Armstrong/Watts ability to bring in others. I'd seriously consider 4-4-2 add Slattery or Sparrow to midfield . Dropping Plange to the bench.

  17. Was good seeing reception players and management got at full time. Only way we will get out of this is by sticking together.....COYW

  19. If there’s one positive to take from this, it’s the attention drawn to the abuse that was handed out. Whatever the reasons for him leaving, his attitude, or what anyone thinks of him, maybe it’s time for that small group of fans to reflect and ask themselves why they believe behaving like that at football matches is acceptable. I’ve seen plenty of people online saying, “That’s just football.” And while it’s true that this kind of thing happens elsewhere and is often brushed aside, it doesn’t make it right. There were plenty of things that happened at football 15–20 years ago that people shrugged off as “just how it is” — and we now look back on those moments with embarrassment. Hopefully, one day, we’ll feel the same about this sort of behaviour. As for Kettlewell, I wish him well. Listening to him speak, I’m not convinced management is the right fit, and I reckon a lot of clubs will feel the same. As a coach, he’s clearly capable. I hope he finds something that makes him happy and that his family are doing well. But we move on.

  20. I don’t believe there was any abuse. Pure fiction.
