Maybe we should get 100w tungsten halogen lights fitted to the shoulder pads.
  2. FFS...two days in the job and we'll be chasing him outta town wth all this gaydo chat...
  3. That's a good point though...lets be honest, he wisnae exactly setting the heather alight before McGhee came here...so what evidence is there to say he'd continue with this development if he was to stay...?
  4. All this chat about fielding the young un's just reminds me of this Alan Hansen quote..."You don't win anything with kids"...as they went on to win the double.
  5. I never mentioned before as I'm not one that usually goes in for the third party chat, but I was told a few weeks ago by a guy at work who knows Paul that he told himself it is incredibly unlikely he will be at Fir Park next season. Like I say, I don't like going into the "taxi driver told me" nonsense usually...only mentioning it now since this thread has started.

    That wasn't funny Steve.
  7. Makes a change from 'crying into my pint in Jack Daniels about our once great beloved team'.
  8. These manager threads are getting a wee bit fucking ridiculous now to be honest, so I think I'll give them a body swerve until we actually feckin' appoint someone..!!
  9. 'Kin 'ell....if he thought the Shellc fans were getting on his back.........
  10. Taken from the Beeb gossip... West Brom are facing a player revolt if boss Tony Mowbray quits the club to take the vacant managerial post at Celtic, with several players ready to consider their future if the 45-year-old departs. (Full story: Daily Mirror) I know it's the Daily Mail, but it tends to suggest that the Mowbray to Celtic deal is looking less and less likely to happen as the time goes on.
  11. At least it would still allow him to continue his Soccer Skills thingy in the Xscape at Braehead...in at he could maybe enrole some of the players onto it....
  12. What's George Graham up to these days........??! No managed since 2001 according to Wikipedia...
  13. Erm, as much as we're aw' 'Well fans......is a big, full-on thread devoted tae 'Clarkys wedding no' just a wee bit much? I dunno, maybe, maybe no'...anyway, wish the guy aw the best, he's been a feckin legend for us the last few years....an years tae come hopefully...

Was driving through Glasgow last week sometime, Monday or Tuesday it was...saw some fuckwit, obviously in his 40's wearing the Rangers top, Rangers shorts, Rangers socks, Rangers tracksuit top and carrying a Rangers ruck sack..........nearly crashed into him in disbelief............. Fair to say, he looked a wee bit.........'special'..........

  20. Any signed pics / programmes etc?
  21. I'm not disagreeing with you, but it would be a strange move for a team in money worries to fork out a reported £500k for a new goalkeeper.

Looks like current Pompey template the more I see of it, decent enough and will look good wi' a hoop. ...or a band, even...?
  23. Liam Miller's career........ CELTIC MAN UNITED SUNDERLAND QUEENS PARK RANGERS CORK CITY WISHAE JUNIORS??? Personally, I widnae touch...was talented a few years ago, but careers sunk like a stone...obviously there is a reason, but we don't need to know about it... That's my opinion anyway.
