  1. This Saturday confirmed, but two matches only (and we're not one of them). https://www.glasgowtimes.co.uk/sport/18705613.government-give-green-light-fans-attend-spfl-games/
  2. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/49832940 A year ago. Hasn't played since.
  3. When you go to the game do you ever touch the seats, go to the toilet, touch the turnstile etc? All issues can be overcome but I'm sure the government's scientists will be advising there is a risk. Plus, of course, everyone has to get to and from the games, and I'm sure not everyone will go straight there and back in a car. So increased numbers on public transport, in cafes and bars before and after the game, etc. Again, no significant extra risk *if* everyone behaves themselves, but that's proving to be a big "if" in most countries right now.
  4. Old stadiums do tend to look better with people in them, it's fair to say. All those newfangled symmetrical constructions are designed to look good empty.
  5. I voted for him anyway. I wouldn't have backed us to get back in the game if that had gone in.
  6. Can we play against 10 men every week?
  7. Hint of offside before the final pass, but we'll take it!
  8. At least one of them actually sounds Scottish, I suppose. (The other three sound like they'd be more at home in Downton Abbey.)
  9. No, I'm talking about when they offered us less money because he was "injured", and we told them to feck off.
  10. What, like we did last time they tried to sign him?
  11. Honestly, I've watched it a few times and I still can't tell if he's trying to flick it in or jump out the way. I don't see a clear leg movement towards the ball, so I'd say it looks more like the latter. (I'd still be disallowing the goal though.)
  12. Doesn't matter whether he was or not, to me. If either the defender or the goalkeeper were influenced in any way by Seedorf being where he was, and it's hard to imagine they weren't, then it's still a valid offside call.
  13. Even disregarding the numerous terrible VAR decisions we've seen elsewhere, from all the replays it still looked like a pretty fair decision to me.
  14. Recommending someone is very different to nepotism, though. People get recommended for jobs by friends and former colleagues in all walks of life, all the time.
  15. Three in 20 years doesn't sound like much of a trend, and I'm sure there are plenty of examples at other clubs too. Did folk moan that we signed up David Clarkson or Brian Dempsie (remember him?) because they were related to Phil O'Donnell? Scottish football is a wee village in the grand scheme of things, it's inevitable people will know or be related to each other, and will be a factor in where they end up from time to time.
  16. No sound again tonight? EDIT: Never mind, getting it now.
  17. Your username is some combination of your real name plus the number on your season ticket, or something. Saw it in an email or on the club website somewhere, but I don't have a season ticket so someone else will have to help!
