Hopefully somebody who's actually doing it can tell you for sure, but I believe you're paying up the one-off fee first and don't become a member (or get the benefits) until that's paid in full. Whether you can pay the annual fee in instalments after that, I dunno -- but it's kind of moot, as AFAIK you remain a member whether you pay the annual fee or not.

I'm sure it's not just you. For some folk following a team is something to do now and again on a Saturday, for others it's a way of life. We all fall on different parts of that scale, and shouldn't have to justify that position to anyone.

Me too -- I took it to mean £100-200k, which would be the same order of magnitude as the two other recent losses.

Some of the players will be on holiday this week as well of course -- Las for one certainly seems to be, and they'll probably want to wait until they're back to announce anything so they can do interviews for the club website etc. about how delighted they are to have re-signed....

Yep, not the worst return to Fir Park he could have had by any stretch of the imagination, but you have to say probably it's the right decision. A bit better performance in the cups and we might have had enough in the kitty to keep him, but it's not like he adds a thousand to the crowd every week, and to be honest, it's hard to even pinpoint too many games where you can really say he gave us the extra spark or made the killer pass that turned a game, which is what we were all hoping for when he returned. (Which isn't to say he didn't make valuable contributions in other ways, he's just not really that kind of player any more.) Undoubtedly still an absolute pleasure to watch on his day, but all good things must come to an end.

Which wasn't entirely his fault -- the guy he was supposed to be throwing it to (was it McManus? can't remember) turned his back on him as he threw it out, which isn't something a defender should ever be doing when his goalkeeper is about to dispatch the ball.

Dunno what else there is to say that hasn't been said already... our game could attract bigger money but never seems to be all that interested in doing the things that would help, and the English game is spiralling out of control and will implode sooner or later, probably the first time England don't qualify for a World Cup because there aren't any English players left.

Would be a bit sorry to see Lawson go. I know he didn't really seem to fit into our system before his injury, but probably the most talented footballer of that bunch.

I doubt it too, as they've also been moaning that Keith took the free kick from nowhere near the right place in the first place, so that'll doubtless trump the whole sequence of events as far as they're concerned...

Wouldn't be too disappointed to see Cummins go tbh. Apart from anything else, I'm never terribly convinced by his behaviour on Twitter that he has the makings of a model professional!

Yep. Chuffed as we deservedly are tonight, imagine if we'd scored that late goal to win the league, or to qualify for the Europa or Champions League group stages, or to get out of those group stages, or... All seem like pipe dreams today of course, but so did some of our recent achievements not so very long ago...

Failing to see anything wrong with the collar on the away shirt myself, like it better than the one on the home tbh.

It took a pretty serious deflection. On a good day you still sometimes save those, but hard to blame the keeper when he doesn't.

Same reason other players have left us rather than play in Europe. More money, and he's played in Europe before anyway.
