Personally, I prefer legibility over slavish adherence to colours that were designed to go on a fitba' strip, not on a website. (It doesn't look purple to me anyway, which is probably another part of the problem -- the same colour can look very different on different monitors, unless they're all calibrated.)

In my view, nobody "stole" anyone. Much as we can feel aggrieved about the process that got them there, stealing implies taking someone against their will, and Broon, Knox and Blackman all seem to have been willing participants.

We're financially sound now, and have been for a few years. Being financially sound doesn't mean having piles of dosh to spend on new players, it just means we're not going out of business anytime soon. Agree that existing fans already give enough money to the club, though, and that there are ways to give more if they want to, at least for those who live locally. Might be interesting to think about what channels could be opened up to those of us abroad, though -- we can't do much other than buy stuff from the club shop, and the club presumably only sees a percentage of that.

Yep, although not recently as I haven't lived in the UK for years It's much easier doing it that way round in theory, as there are loads of free proxy servers round the world you can Google for and use (although they do keep changing). Whereas it's usually very hard to find a free UK proxy.
