As for Furlong returning .. the goalposts have moved now with the English Premier League bringing in a new rule that clubs can only put a max of 7 players out on loan .. With Furlong out on loan with us last season and proving a hit , you might find that they won’t have him as 1 of their 7 this season

Something that Ketts didn’t mention on Saturday was the chunk of money that it took to fix the front of the Hunter Stand .. that was a big outlay that hadn’t been planned for ..

Hard to do when your hands are tied due to money .. but of course you must expect him to turn water into wine like he did last season .. Give the guy a chance FFS..

For the past couple of years my season ticket has been for Over 60s .. which is a great reduction. However I see that the Over 60s is now Over 65 s .. As I am 62 , I now have to revert to paying full adult ticket .. how will that attract people to renew their ticket … “Oh , by the way , we have just decided you have to pay more than double you have paid over the past number of seasons since you turned 60 “.. Is it me , or where is the sense in this !!!

Butcher and Casey have turned our season around IMO ..both have been immense for Ketts ..

Maybe there are other reasons why he is not getting brought on .. who knows But certainly he doesn’t fit into the formation we are currently playing
