Hope I’m wrong here but this reminds me of the time when Shotts asked the league to get a game called off and were refused … … they then went and got 8 or 10 sick notes from a doctor. On investigation these notes were proved to be invalid … … the doctor was several reprimanded by the BMA and Shotts were kicked out of the league for a year Simple question needs answered who told the players to self isolate NHS test and trace officials or the club ??? Shouldn’t be hard to find out

The SPFL/SFA need to get a handle on this if clubs can just say half their squad have to self isolate it leaves the whole process open to abuse If individual players are being told to isolate by test and trace the evidence needs to be provided as to why that is happen to the majority of the squad as protocols were put in place to stop this from happening. If clubs are not following the protocols there should be punishments. I do not want the 3 points and it’s right that the game should be played whenever possible, but this is going to/is become a farce unless the teams are deducted points for these breaches.

They went to the SPFL when they had the goalkeeper problem and were told to play the game. If they just say the can’t fulfill the fixture without going to the SPFL that is opening up a whole new can of worms for everyone

Did St Mirren ask for a postponement or did they just say they couldn’t field a team and say they couldn’t fulfill the fixture There is a big difference in the two scenarios

Agree Lets just play players in their right positions!!! If you’ve got 2 good players for the same position make a decision on which one is the best for the team. Remember Jimmy Greaves for England in ‘66 World Cup, best goal scorer in the country at the time but wasn’t selected If a decision has to be made Clarke needs to grow a pair and make it.

That is the situation in a nutshell ……… for nearly all clubs unless we are going back to business as usual most clubs are not clambering to open gates to reduced numbers

Still have not told me how their going to make any money by letting fans in ???? As I said above it will probably cost them more money to police / steward it Only reason clubs are playing at the moment is to get the TV money

Tell me just how are the clubs going to make any money by allowing about 20% of there capacity in ??? For a club like ours that’s roughly 2000 to2500 fans even for the likes of Celtic it’ll be roughly 12000 tops ……… so it will be season tickets only !!! Big bucks come from corporate hospitality and that ain’t going to happen anytime soon ……… assuming company’s are able to take clients to football matches , think they have other priorities IMO clubs are not pushing to hard to get fans in as they know their going to loose even more money getting them in.
