Fuck only knows how we missed that chance. Watching this in a pub at Anniesland Cross and it is absolutely hoaching with 'them'. If we win I'm going daft and running straight out the door.

I think Murphy has to start on Sunday. He looked pretty good against Hibs and I reckon his wee spell on the bench will have reminded him that he can no longer take it for granted that he'll be in the team. At Easter Road Law near enough played in centre mid anyway so I'd drop Carswell. Can't go to this, only my second missed home game of the season. The other was when we got a skelping from St Johnstone.

Good job Lasley's already suspended then.

Right, I'm away. Don't usually attempt a scoreline but I have a wee feeling for 2-1 to us. Might even stick a fiver on it. I do not like these stupid kick off times.

Nicky Devlin on loan to Stenhousemuir for the rest of the season. Is this confirmed?

I shouldn't have watched that. Reckon we're definitely going to pump them on Saturday now.

I think that this is the main point. Straight away I was shouting that it was never a red card and about how ridiculous a decision it was, however seeing it again it was a definite straight red. It was just a badly timed challenge, somebody made the point that Lasley had never been sent off until this season, I think it's just the simple fact that as he gets older he is just not quite getting to the ball as sharply as he used to. It was a poor tackle, nothing more.

Dunfermline Vs Motherwell Discussion Thread
swami replied to prideoflanarkshire's topic in Club Chat
Our games against Accies last season were among the worst football matches I've ever seen. And £22 to get into their stupid stadium was a piss take. But it's a 2 minute walk from my front door, so I'd much rather they were still in the league. I'd rather Dunfermline went down simply because it would mean Hibs stay up. Quite enjoy a wee away day at Easter Road. -
Ojamma not getting as much space and time against a better standard of defender today.
-
Steve Jennings was outstanding. To be fair I'd have voted for any one of them.
-
Had a quick look at the live text commentary on the BBC website when I got in from the game. It seemed to think that Craigan was sent off for foul and abusive language. If this is true it's an absolute piss take.

What the fuck are we doing playing 'One Step Beyond' when we score? Rangers shite.

Anyone any idea how many people have taken up the offer of the free ticket?

I would start Humphrey again for this one. I thought he was excellent when he came on yesterday, looking really dangerous going forward and covering back when needed. Perhaps Daley getting the start was the rocket that he's been needing this season. Hateley also plays far better with Humphrey on the park, and again you could see that at Pittodrie. Wee seat on the bench might just sharpen Murphy up too. I'd be happy with a draw from this one because I think United are a better side than people think.

I'm actually quite pleased to see them winning tonight. Another false dawn. Still can't see us beating them though, I'll go for a 1-1.
-
Going through to this. First return since the Hearts semi-final, which is fairly shocking really. 1-1.

Is this fucking thread still fucking going? Fucking hell.

How many folk shouting the abuse do you think would say it right to his face? Absolutely none. He's a big chap. Shitebags. I couldn't go today but I usually sit on the half way line in the East, right amongst the moaning fuckers. It really isn't a new phenomenon. I came on to have a wee look at what the performance was like, you'd think we got leathered by seven with old Paw Broon scoring an overhead kick from the centre circle in the last minute the way everyone is going on.
-
Randolph. Easily. Murphy and Jennings were rotten.

McFadden v Rangers, Scottish Cup semi-final 2003(?) An utter screamer that I've never seen anywhere since. We'd have won the cup if Clarkson had scored that sitter on half time.
-
Hateley was alright with the ball today. It was just that he was caught out of position too often. I voted for Law, incidentally.

Try FirstRowSports.net All the football you could ever wish for. I'd sell my granny for a draw today.
