After appeal i could see Jennoes getting reduced to one match... that prob the best we could hope for, next question do you have to pay for the appeal process?
-
Are these bans current from today i take it?
-
SFA will use the fact that Jennoe pushed numty balls in the face as justification of the punishment, for both players, we all know they are worlds apart in comparison.
-
I accept that point, and the point his form has dipped.
-
I might be blinkered 'nethertonwellfan but how much stick does one player have to take, yes poor form, some like him some dont, he gives 100% but surely we want him back to the form he is capable of from last season, not constantly get on his back. I really hope he plays a part in the Hearts game and shuts a few people up.

Says the Motherwell Legend....I suppose you pay your £22 so why not slate one of your own players! Yea thats a great idea..... Pretty much somes you up.. 'emoticons: that fit >>>>:wank:
-
And you will keep getting those witty 'emoticons, He is Motherwell player but why constantly abuse him.. If i was him i would try and hit you in the stand with one of my crosses too!

Terrible Comment!

Motherwell 2 St Mirren 1 Humphrey off the bench to score the winner! Perfect
-
Not a bad shout, re team selection, see how that goes for 60 mins... then make the changes, they will set up for wide men....Murphy will have to play on the shoulder of Higdon for the flick ons... if he plays to wide, we will fall straight into the Wing play plan which most if not all have sussed... Think Daley has a shout to start... just a case of who would you leave out...
-
I think thats an honest appraisal, and im sure before the Christmas period is up he will produce what (I) believe he can do, Problem is, not sure he will play over Christmas as the team performed well last time out. I thank you for your honesty with regards Humphrey, but fare points never the less.
-
Keep tuned then!
-
Thats because Humphrey isnt shite, and it wont be long before people realise that, he has had a dip in form nothing more or less than any other player in the team, 3rd in the SPL something is working, and McCall believes in him, and thats the opinion that counts. If his game is based on confidence, im sure reading this will boost it!

Good reply........Al (And thats a first)

Against St Mirren, they will be expecting the normal Wide men game as per norm, with pace, Daley could come off the wing and play directly behind Higdon, thus narrowing the game, and bringing LAW and Murphy into the game. They will be expecting Daley or Humphrey to play out wide, and they will have prepared for doubling up on the winger reducing the crosses into the middle. Play narrow, untill the second half then open the game up in the last 20 mins. Early goal would be appreciated.

No. Humphrey has this season been by and large shite! If we can somehow get £1.5million for this athlete (note he's an athlete not a footballer) that will be phenomenal and by far the best thing Humphrey has done for the club in his Motherwell career. Thats really not fare on the lad,, below par on occasions but not shite!
-
He can cross, i know he can, Grant Holt at Shrewsbury (Now Norwich) often scored from Humphrey crosses.... its in his locker!
-
Pretty good answer if im honest, and your right not many are bullet proof when it comes to criticism (Apart from Craggs) of course. I wont agree he has been poor, as other areas within the team have improved as a result of his wide play. But agree in terms of the heights he managed last season, yet to come. And everytime i watch Humphrey regardless of the scoreline he will clap the fans before anything at the end of the game. Good Pro. More to come.

Craig BROWN on St Johnstone. Aberdeen manager Craig Brown: "I wouldn't take it that they are on the decline because they lost a game, because Motherwell are a talented team and capable of beating anyone. "I don't think their defeat will have any effect on their performance. In fact, it might fire them up even more. "We've a poor away record, which is not pleasing us, but I think it's there to be improved upon and I'm sure we will. "Circumstances were a bit unfortunate on Saturday that enabled St Mirren to get back into the game and there is a sense of injustice."

Ok back on track now, St Johnstone will prove a tough task regardless of who plays, i still think if we are going to be productive we need to move the ball quicker through the midfield, what ever formation we use. If im honest Hughes never really showed much in the little time he was given on Friday, which makes me think the fitness level aint up to much, legs looked tired. I can only amagine that St Johnstone will be set up to play the against pacey wingers, doubling up against either Humphrey or Daley, if like most believe neither will play, it might work in our favour, with the pitch heavy, late in the second half, (If the game goes ahead)the pace might be the difference between the two teams. It will be a tight game with few chances. Ignore my last post prediction as it clearly was a make belief team, that will never happen. St Johnstone 0- Motherwell 1

No Not at all, Joint 5th Goal scorer in the team ill have you know with (1) goal. My toys are still fully in my pram, Higdon has got 6 goals in the SPL, dedicated Striker.. is that good enough ? Only 4 others players have scored more goals than Humphrey I would like to see how the team would get on without Murphy and Humphrey, it would be interesting to read the posts at the end of the game. The game plan works with Humphrey and Murphy in the team for whatever reason you choose but it WORKS. SPL table will show you that. Its not good enough your right, but it happens.
