I think it would do him good, he like Humphrey is not performing to the high standards we know they are capable of, but at the end of the day, the team as a whole are working well together.... I dont have it in for Murphy, its quite the opposite actually, but sitting a game out might do the trick, Humphrey came on at Aberdeen and looked every bit a danger again. TottenMFC, it cant do him any harm.

12 Points would be a great return, but can defo see it happening, the changes from the last match will add the zest back into the team. Few rockets have been placed up some arses.... just needs Murphy to sit one out and hopefully that will have the desired effect. Ill go for 12 points but hoping for more.

Why not play both Daley and Humphrey, and drop someone else, i thought Humphrey played well against Celtic, lots of tracking back, massive work load. Murphy is not playing at his best either, but the team looked solid, the bigger picture would be, how would the team play with Daley thrown in the mix, at present why do we see the need to change the team i dont understand the rational. Yes Daley needs a chance i understand that but why do we need to change the team? No doubt Daley has been playing bounce games midweek, McCall knows what he can do so i would leave it up to him, as he knows the team inside out, thats why we are 3rd in the SPL, with the start 11 we have got. Yes we all want to see him, why not go along to some bounce games and see what he can do, he is an International, so he has the ability, but putting him in just to see how he does, could upset the balance the team already has. I hope that makes sence. Colud Daley have a go up front with Higdon, and chop and change around that.

You know sometimes its about maintaining a presence on the field of play nothing more... That alone creates space and therefore will free up the other free scoring midfielders we have in the team.. .. Come on guys lets face it we are performing well above exspectations and are still in the top 2 in the SPL, can we just give the constant abuse a rest. Yes we know that not all the players can be excellent all the time but what ever they are doing works at present, so give the guys a break. Murphy Humphrey and Higdon will come good soon enough, we dont have any goal scorers in the whole squad, so being in the top 2 is a bonus, what we do have is players that need attention by the opposition, Murphy and Humphrey will always be doubled up on....purely as the just incase scenario, if teams dont double up they will get punishished. Its not a wonder why Hateley is having his best season so far, the space is being created by the wingers we have, and the danger they pose should teams ignore the obvious threat. Sitting 2nd in the SPL and both our wingers are playing below par, it can only get better. I for one will take 2nd in the SPL and have our wingers under performing, and a Striker whos work often goes un noticed. Well done lads keep it up!

Out of the OF, Celtic are the only team we can even get close too, its not impossible, they have not been winning for one reason they are playing utter shite, Yes Saturday we were not at our best but we came through to win. What ever the team is doing its working.. whether individuals are players at thier best or not... leave the team alone and do what we have been doing and we are more than capable of winning the game. Just amagine the feeling beating Celtic Sunday and going 7 points clear of them, and then Rangers going into administration and getting docked 20 points..... could be top of the SPL.... Heres to dreaming..... Come on Motherwell !

Bang On Mate..... couple of weeks ago when Humphrey rounded the keeper and put it over the top, came from a defence splitting pass, which pretty much rendered the Defence useless, Humphrey collected the ball at full pace, instead having to check back or use the stand in start....

Thats a fare point there Weeyin, but Murphy is finding space now but doing nothing with it, at present its working so why change it.

Your right there actually, Humphrey is playing much better than Murphy at present, but with Humphrey in the team it creates space for Law and Jennings, adding another player much the same as Jennings and Lasley is not a prefered option, and will make us even more defensive, when at present we are an attacking team which just lacks that final touch.

Another great performance away from home, just lack that killer touch upfront, could of been @ least 3 more goals to the good, the whole team is working hard and the formula seems to be working. Well Done the lads, same team next week onward and upwards!

Very interesting match this one, no reason why we cant come out on top, tight game but Motherwell steeling the points, 1-3 Goal scorers Higdon, Jennings, Humphrey, we should be full of confidence after a pretty easy win away at Dundee Utd, role on Saturday!
