Good luck with that ---- Due to his age compensation would have to be paid if he moved to an English club. Hence them offering 50k. if he moved outside of England no compensation would be due. Makes perfect sense. If they had offered him a contract and then waited for compensation to be decided etc other clubs may have come in and they could have lost out. This is from a Rumour Site, nothing more, but it does make some sense.

My bet would be on the left, but who knows...under 24 so compo would not apply as he would be moving North of the border.

He does not look stocky, but they were the words of the Shrews fans, he was a youth team player when Chris Humphrey was at Shrewsbury, so he is still very young with hopefully a long career ahead of him.

This rumour is gaining momentum, very direct winger, stocky but relatively pacey! Could be joining the club under the same circumstances as Humphrey, i reckon within the next week or so, spoke to a few Shrews fans and they really like him, and of course deny any rumours of him moving North, done deal in my eyes.

I dont normally agree with Ladywelltoi, but that point is valid, at least 8 to 10 games live on TV a year, maybe more, EPL teams would be lucky to get that unless they are in the top 4... as for Championship the top teams maybe one or two games per season, with the chance of the play off games. SPL is the place to be if you like the look of yourself on the TV.

Finlay, as to his final location i dont know that just yet, but he did have a decent season, but i cant see many big clubs wanting him down South, so it would not be a massive shock if he went to the Brownster, but who knows.

ill make the statement small then......unless anyone knows of him signing a new contract... he is leaving the club, even if we offer the Captain armband, he will leave. I am hopeing its not to go North!

Very true, Jennings out of contract, but my rational behind the comment was what ~(Virtual) money would we get for the players mentioned. Yes of course i forgot, Humphrey is pants, and we would accept 60K for him!

Still early in the Summer yet for the real rumours to start circulating, but give it two more weeks then the (Links) will begin.... Other than Randy,Murphy,Humphrey and maybe Jennoe, i dont think many clubs our interested in anyone else we have at the club, the money spinner would be Randy, could expect in and around 700-900k, that would be a fare price, Murphy 400-600k, Humphrey 600-800k, Jennoe 200-400k.. with the right clubs all of the above could do well. But to be honest if we lose any of the above we could have some real problems next season.

Omar Daley released by Bradford City, to renew his friendship with the Gaffer! seems like a good move, plays either left or right hand side winger, would free up Murphy (Should he stay) to play in his natural position up front. Might be a Good shout!

That was a real shame as up to then it went really well travel wise anyway!
