I thought it looked great fun and it builds an atmosphere... Youre probably too old and jealous you cant join in.If the whole stand was doing it I think it would create a crackin atmosphere!! On the park though we drew the second half 1-1 and went ahead early on with a stronger set up. I look at that result rather than the suicidal 3-1 first half!!

No, he was the tall skinny ginger bloke. Adam Campbell was the ginger midget
-
"We've got no out and out pace anymore since Chris Humphrey left so ideally I would like a wide player in.'' I hope this doesnt mean he hasnt got plans to play Angol... When he came on last night his close control was keeping up with his pace and his final delivery left and right foot was much better. He isnt a left back, left wing and treat him like when Humphrey was when he came up from Shrewsbury, theres pace and potential there!!

Hollis is the holey goalie

I received my McManus email at 17.59 last night, I know its a 7 kick off tonight so Im holding out for at least a 5 o'clock announcement when the teams should be announced...

Scott Burns@ScottBurns7512m@WellFansOnline #motherwell have Henri Anier on trial. He is a striker available on a season-loan from Viking Stavanger.

If only it was Rattel, we could play this when he scored...

http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/sport/spl/5013559/Well-win-the-fight-for-Mick.html Another one in The Sun... Until hes paraded in a 'Well top i wont believe it. Great signing if its true!

This is crazy, McMannus would be a major coup. As said previously, captained a cup and league winning team more than once, captained Scotland, Boro most recently and if he came to Motherwell and played alongside Hutchy then that might be the answer to stop how many goals we leak... I think people just have this persona, "plays wae shellic, hes pish, dont want him" ... I'll take him in a heartbeat!! As for Reid, I havent seen him play but Morton last season were almost a promoted side and Michael Tidser has recently moved to Rotherham, and like Reid he is a former Celtic youth. I think we need to believe and trust in what McCall is giving us as he is only providing what the board are allowing him... I for one am behind everything he does, he was right with Higgy and he will continue to be right this season (i hope) In McCall We Trust

I think if we sign Faddy and McMannus then our budget will only stretch to a player like Imrie... If we dont sign McMannus then Id imagine we could dig deeper and get a better player than Imrie.

McDonald was born offside. Frustrating but what a player. Goal away to Dunfermline a firm favourite.
-
Reid played right back for us today. 3 Morton trialists scored, 1 Dutch guy got 2. No idea who scored for us

I have a signed programme from this match. Testimonials are fun. Dougie Arnotts boy coming on and scoring makes occaisions like that special for the club and the family.

- More of this please.

Id rather be in our position, losing the players weve lost, we have replaced them with some quality already... Look at Dundee United, theyve done heehaw and lost their best players then brung in players who have no SPL experience whatsoever. Ive always said signing International goalies from rubbish nations is a good thing, they play against some of the best players in the world and its their job to prevent it from being 10-0 as alanbmfc has said he done... This way they get more exposure, experience and stuck in the biggest shop windows. Another 2 signings this week to keep us ticking over please

Shouts of Neil Alexander. Something I dont see happening as Neilson is supposedly a done deal and Alexanders house is up for sale in Milgavie, so surely hes looking for a move down south!? So, unlikely.
-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khhjpgV8PvI Looking back at this interview you can tell he left Motherwell with a lot of respect for us... I cant believe its taken us 2 years to offer someone a god damn contract!
-
http://www.givemesport.com/354715-tottenham-release-former-teen-prodigy Probably a Championship team would match his wages. But if ZFA can leave Spurs and get into our first team, this fella could come up and be a world beater!!

http://www.football.co.uk/newcastle_united/toon_stars_miss_motherwell_opener_rss4325755.shtml?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter Newcastle look beatable then...

We are a much more desireable club to play for, our pitch is better, our support is noisier, our players are attracting interest from more appealing teams other than Rangers or Celtic, were in Europe every year and we have a manager that people want to play under not only because of his playing history but because of the way he has our team playing. Only thing missing, silverware. Money aside, i believe we have the monopoly of the better players in the league that are looking for that next step before a bigger move. Vigurs-like.

Hes not the messiah, hes a very naughty boy!!

You are missing the point that they get a shit load of money for sponsorships because they encourage a large fan base. When was our finances compared to the German finances? I think the words "We can be a scaled down version of more economical football associations" was used. Do one! Amen Andrew23. Spot on!
-
Jeesus man!! We are not going to be getting 60,000+ for many reasons, A) we don't have that many fans B) Our stadium holds just over 13,000... So what youre all saying is that if Subway sells a foot long baguette for £5 then wee tiny Upper Crust should sell their baguettes at £10 cos they sell less?? BULL SHIT!! Just because were smaller it doesn't mean we charge more... If youre all happy sitting around in an empty stadium spending far too much money to watch a dying drivvle game then that's whats wrong with Scottish football... We can be a scaled down version of more economical football associations and strive to be better and get more people involved. In 20 years our game has died and attendances have halved. Anything you lot have to say is negative, so please refrain from thinking youre right. Our game is fucked, nobody can afford it and nobodys happy, we all moan. Its gash.
