What a difference, the whole team deserves credit. Playing players in there best positions works. The midfield of Clay and Lucas were excellent. It makes some difference to your Saturday night watching a performance like that. County looked terrible but we were as good as they were bad. Great to see so many young guys playing there part.

I did say wasn't tested, my point is Samson is poor and Brill should be given a chance then I can judge him. Not sure how that is fixated. I think he is a weak link and we should try and improve that issue

I have saw Brill in the u20s v Dundee Utd this year, made a few saves but wasn't tested, seemed to command box well. Samson was never going to be popular. I think Brill would be a better fit for our defence as I think a poor keeper effects our centre halves confidence and Samson fills us all with the fear so must effect our players too, I think his saves against Celtic will keep his place for a few weeks

The two changes needed most are the two I think McGhee won't change and are Samson and McManus. Samson is simply not good enough end of. I have been a fan of McManus and always defended him but his performance on Wednesday is one of the worst defensive performances I've saw in a long time. I would rather have Laing back but Kennedy would do. I am 100% sure McGhee won't drop either of them. I think Ainsworth will start.

I think for the first time in a long time we have a great bunch of young lads able to make the step up into first team, think we will see quite a few before end of season

Watched the game on Celtic TV, typical performance justified my decision not to go to game the biggest negative was listening to Tom Boyd,he shows no signs of having any feeling for our club, I get he is a Celtic fan but he show total disrespect to the team who gave him a career

I don't care where he goes as long as we receive the best fee and it's done quickly to allow us time to bring in other players, although I think Dom Thomas should be given a run of 4 or 5 games even if Marv stays. If Marv goes I wish him all the best he has been good in his time but also frustrating as he sometimes looks uninterested and had a few terrible spells, his form at start of season was great but since Killie he has been a man down so with a heavy heat I hope he goes as I think it will benefit us.

Quite like the look of the big dundee centre half gomis but thought El Baktoui (spelling?) looked light weight and a bit out his depth but did show a few flashes. From us thought Marvin looked uninterested the full game. McDonald can't play in that role as he often drifts back leaving no threat up top, I thought he did ok today but needs an out n out striker up there. Pretty shit game overall with few positives or negatives just a bore draw in my opioion but at least we didn't ship a goal on 92nd minute

What is the script with Lucas see he is on bench again

I tend to agree, thought he started really well but made mistakes with poor passing a couple of times, I also noticed Craigain giving him a telling off only for him to give a mouthfull back which may support the poor attitude claims of previous years, he didn't hold back which left Craigain shaking his head before a discussion with Lasley

I know there has been alot of negativity aimed toward both the league cup revamp and the u20s in the challange cup. I have actually enjoyed pre season this year; Yes the East Stirling game was poor but I enjoyed the trip to Annan and was gutted to miss Stranraer but overall I think it has been better. The u20s the other night was also enjoyable and now that we have drawn Airdrie adds a bit of interest and might also allow guys like Dom to play and we can see what he can do. I'm not suggesting they are perfect but I enjoyed the change, would be interested to see if I'm on my own or would we rather go back to the way it was.

I would love another trip to Morton and pump them this time
