That's exactly it for me. If he ends up staying, he'll be 100% committed to the cause.
Stark contrast in attitude/likeability between him and someone like Jacob Blyith.
Sounds like the Twitter equivalent of the guy who was screaming "YER NO AT ABERDEEN YET LOUIS" over and over and over again at the RC cup game...
Also think given the lack of interest and his pish start to the season we'll be lucky to get £300k for him.
The most infuriating thing for me is the SFA will do fuck all to Thompson. I mean his performance was a disgrace. 2 dodgy reds, a dodgy penalty, a free kick for their first goal that never was, and pulling play back for absolutely no reason when Moult was 1v1 with the last defender.
I used to cringe when I read about people thinking certain refs had it in for us, but after Saturday I'm certain Thompson just doesn't like us.
Think I've just clocked that myself! Hope he's not too busy in his taxi tonight...
Can you elaborate on this?
Watched the highlights there. Never a free kick in a million years for their first, Carson's looks right on the line, Dunne's never a sending off, and McHugh's is a fuckin great tackle in my eyes but unfortunately in the modern game it's a booking and a bit of naivety from our captain shown.
Really hope we get a win on the board sooner rather than later. We have a good team, we seem to be making chances and getting balls in the box, but the longer we go without a win the more uncertainty will settle in...
