People will say that VAR is shambolic after that but VAR has done exactly what it's in there for. The only downside is the stop start nature of the game, but I personally don't mind that so long as we get to the right decision.

O'Donnell was unbelievably pish against Rangers, he didn't find a Motherwell shirt all night. McGinn is a far superior player. Cornelius (who I rate highly as a centre mid) and Shields starting on the wings highlight everything that's wrong with us at the moment, really need some quality additions in the forward department this window. I have said many a time that I don't think we will be in relegation trouble this season, we have just enough about us to steer clear, but the difference between fighting for top six and labouring to 9th place will be determined by getting some quality in this month.

Going to be very interesting to see how we line up tonight. We are kinda scraping to the window just now. Having said that, a home game against the promoted team missing their main striker, we should be looking for a win tonight.

We aren’t pinning our hopes on him, I very much doubt he’s breaking the bank. Keep his loan going, he’s shown he can be an asset if he can get fully fit, and sign a striker in the mean time. Doesn’t have to be one or the other. As for facing a relegation battle, gimme a fuckin break. Every year you say this, every year (bar the playoffs) we don’t even really come close.

VAR hasn’t been that bad up here imo, has ruled out a fair few goals that shouldn’t have stood etc. It is an absolute shambles down south.

He has come out with some amount of pish since resigning yesterday.

I can just about begrudgingly understand it. Gordon has been an unbelievably loyal servant to his country. He’s never let us down and is still going to Turkey in the middle of November despite having a family, no questions asked. He is in his twilight years and after all his injury trouble is probably cherishing every moment playing for Scotland. If he wants to play he should be allowed to play as much as he wants. But I agree Kelly should be given 45 minutes at least once.
