I think it's fair game to debate about his performance, but I don't think the personal abuse you're giving the guy is merited. Just because he's made a mistake doesn't make him a c**t of a person, I'm sure he's giving his absolute all.

I know I'm pro-Fraser and some people may see my viewpoint as valid, but was Fraser 100% to blame for the first goal? You saw the big massive divot on the replay, obviously his foot got caught in that and he could do fuck all about it. As for the 2nd goal, he probably shoulda put his foot through it, but it looked a heavy touch from Reynolds and the marking was a shambles again. Like I say, I may be biased, but I thought there wasn't much he could do.

I think you have to be honest with yourself and admit that you are talking shite. I am 100% confident that if we don't qualify for Europe it won't be because Michael Fraser is playing in goals. It's not Fraser's fault that his defence didn't mark Josh Thompson. Not once, but fucking twice. He made some great stops, he fucked up a cross or two and he had a generally solid game against Celtic. This gives me confidence that he is a more than adequate replacement for Ruddy. Like I say, how anyone can blame Fraser for the defeat the other night when his defence failed to mark Josh Thompson (not once, but fucking twice!) is beyond me.

The performance from the Celtic game has encouraged me. If we can defend set pieces better and be more clinical in front of goal (this for me is key) then I think we have every chance. 2-1 to Motherwell, Sutton and Murphy to score.

Unfortunately I expect us to be 2-0 down after 20 minutes tonight. Normally I'm a glass-two-thirds-full kinda guy, but I'm not confident at all..
