Make or break time. The next 30 minutes or so are so fucking important.

Jim O'Brien for me. He was great today I thought!

FUCKIN YAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSS!!!!! I fucking LOVE beating those c***s, walkin home through the mass of Caley fans with the biggest smile on my face. Get it right and truly fucking UP them!! Firstly, a huge well done to the 20 or so lads from our support. Not sure if they were the Well Boys, Eastend Boaby Crew or whatever, but they didn't stop singing all game. They were literally the only people in the ground making any atmosphere. Absolutely fantastic. Songs like "Oh Richie Richie Foran", "Terry, geez a wave!", the Glasgow Celtic Peadophile one, The Klimpl song, around the 60 minute mark they started a chant of "If you hate Maurice Malpas clap your hands!", and I shit you not, the entire away stand was clapping like fuck. Well done chaps! Secondly, I felt Caley can feel a bit hard done by today. In the first half it was a pretty even game. We defended well, got forward when we could, and passed the ball around okay-ish. Second half was a lot more back-to-front, and we got quite overrun in the midfield. However I felt Caley could play all day and still not equalise. Graeme Smith had trouble catching the ball today, and Hughes & Hammell faded a bit in the 2nd half, but other than that, I can't really complain. Special mention to Brian McLean, it looked like he'd never been away! And Jim O'Brien was the tits today, absolutely superb! Clarky was pretty gash and was hooked pretty sharpish. The two boys up front did well, and Sutton ran himself into the ground. Not entirely sure who got the second, but it was a fucking sweet finish. Finally, I said it last week, and I'll say it again, and you can disagree with me if you want, but I thought the ref was really good today! A fucking brilliant 3 points!

Didn't think I'd make it today, but turns out I can! Lets fucking have these c***s!!

I saw him out a couple of weeks ago, he was absolutely blootered! And if you think Richie Foran likes the drink, he ain't a patch on Dougie Imrie!

I think it's just the first impression people have of the group mate. No doubt the majority of people think what you lads are trying to do is quite a worthwhile cause, and it's great to get a bit support going for the team, but are put off by the name. I'll be honest, I agree. I think what your group is doing is great, but, in my humble opinion, the name of your group could be a lot better. It's entirely up to yourselves what you call your group, all I'm saying is don't be put off if people are ripping the pish, the chances are they support your cause, but are merely put off by the name of the group!

Fair play mate, all the best!
-
Now we've got the Eastend thing sussed... Why Babycrew?
-
Agreed, we were horrible at Fir Park, but Graeme Smith had the game of his life away from home!
-
I'd say we'd get horsed again. They were just too good for us, and the away leg could've been about six or seven!

Deanos is owned by Punch Taverns, and as soon as somebody takes the lease on it, it'll be back in business. Can't see anyone taking the lease for a while though. Had a re-think about Lauders, and I'm only ever in there at about 11pm on a Saturday night for a quick drink. I imagine between 12 and 6pm there will be a lot less drunk people, and it might be a friendlier atmosphere!
-
Whoa, I'd sugges that you don't go to Lauders. The place is full of people who, if you look the wrong way it, won't hesitate to come up and ask you what your problem is. It is very easy to get into bother in there. That's just my opinion, but I wouldn't suggest Lauders. My suggestion would be Smith & Jones. Cracking pub, always a good atmosphere in there and it can get quite busy. It's relatively close to the train station too, although in saying that, almost every pub in Inverness is!
-
Had a quick skim through the match thread, and I've noticed a lot of people calling Ian Brines a dirty cheating whatever, saying he was really biased, had a shocker etc etc. Am I the only one who thought he had a really good game? A couple of questionable decisions, he's only human after all, but he controlled the game really well, and he had quite a few opportunities to be biased towards Celtic, which he didn't really take. Just my opinion though, I thought he had a good game.

Smith?? Better than Fitzpatrick!? Dead on. Anyroads, my team would be.. Smith Quinn (providing he isn't suspended) Craigan Reynolds Hammell O'Brien Hughes Klimpl Fizzy Clarkson Sutton We'll battle away, and play really well, but I think Celtic will have just too much for us. 2-0 to the away side
-
Well his crossing was relatively poor last night I thought.

Settle dowwwnnnn!! If we're gonna be all analytical about it, then let's break it down. Jim O'Brien, in my opinion, was frustrating tonight. He gets on the ball, but doesn't get past his man that often. He put in a couple of average crosses, and had a shite shot at goal, but other than that, I don't think he did very much. Stephen Hughes - a couple of gash passes, but a fair few flashes of how good he actually can be. With Klimpl beside him, he has the opportunity to drive forward, but when he does, he doesn't create all that much. He eventually stops, turns, and plays it wide to Stevie Hammell. Shoulda been our match winner tonight, but wasn't. Maros Klimpl. I was very impressed with him tonight. Very hungry, very solid in the tackle, and his passing was relatively accurate, I thought he was our best midfielder. Plays the holding role very well, and has an eye for a pass too. Fizzy, I thought, did quite a good job tonight. As somebody has previously mentioned, the goal came from the position in which he had been covering all night. Fitzpatrick is a great player (in my opinion). Although he didn't have the best of games tonight, I think he is one of our better midfielders. He's not the flashy creative kinda midfielder you see, but he does a job and keeps the ball well. And he was by no means our worst player tonight in my opinion. I'd go as far as to say he was one of our better players. It's interesting to see the range of opinions on the game. A lot of people saying they thought Sheridan played well, whereas I thought he didn't have the best of games. A lot of potential to be a good player for us this season, but I thought he looked a tad clumsy. He did, however, win a fair few headers.
-
Disagree, thought Quinn was decent tonight.
-
I wouldn't say we played shite, I'd just say that St Mirren and us were so evenly matched we cancelled each other out. Gutted doesn't cover it. Bring on the Tims.
-
A very good interview from the gaffer. On the subject, anybody know how Jim Paterson's getting on?
-
A home tie against Celtic infront of the cameras? $$$$! Really up for this game tonight, can't wait to see us live on telly! Unfortunately I've got footie, so I'll have to Sky Plus it and watch it when I get home. Going for a 3-0 win for us!
-
I was gonna go, what with having time off work, but if it's on the telly, I think I'll just sit in and watch it.
-
I'd agree with the above. Accies flukey run is due to finish soon, and I can see us winning 2-0 here!
-
Stevie Hughes, new four year deal at the 'Well. Heard it here first.
