No worries, just thought I'd ask. Personally I don't have anything against them, but I thought I'd ask. It seems to me that the majority of our fans hate Hearts, yet they seem to not really give a fuck about us.
-
Ports doesn't half foul the Hearts boy for our goal! Crackin build up play though.. G'
-
Do we hate Hearts so much? Personally, I don't dislike them any more than any other team, we just seem to have a particular hatred towards em. Just curious.
-
Sorry guys, that was a bit harsh. Come on Motherwell, hang on!
-
FUCK! 1-1 :@
-
Please hold on Motherwell.

SHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!

We started off really well, and dominated the early stages. The game fizzed out a wee bit, and it sounded relatively even towards the end of the first half. The second half has started with a wee bit of energy, but Hearts sound absolutely woeful. I'll be disappointed if we don't take all 3 points.

YESSSSSSS!! Come on Motherwell, PLEASE give us a 2nd goal!
-
Just heard on the radio that we've had 5 players score this season - Clarkson, Porter, Murphy, Sutton & Malcolm! That's frightening, the lack of goals from midfield is shocking to be honest. G'

Get me clicked Top right corner of that page will give ye the game
-
Lets get in about these fuckers tonight!! 1-1 I think, we'll concede very early, and Porter will equalise! G'

Is the game on Setanta?
-
Yessss! I completely agree, that'd be fucking amazing to come out on to the park to.

James McFadden!
-
Just caught the tail end of an interview with him on Sky Sports News talking about how him and the lads wanted to get out of the rut we're in and make Phil proud!
-
Got a text from a friend who lives down Motherwell way to tell me my question got read out!

Toasted cheese, roasted cheese or cheese on toast? Ask him, being a fellow Norn Ironer, who his favourite character from Give My Head Peace was.

I'd personally go with.. Smith Saunders Klimpl Reynolds Hammell Murphy Fizzy Lasley O'Brien Clarkson Porter Saunders did a decent job at RB on Monday, and should retain his place. Klimpl did enough for me to keep his place in the team too. Wish we had another LB, coz Hammell isn't as good as what he once was. I've only seen O'Brien play twice. He looked really good against Caley when he came on, and he has very quick feet, so I think him and Murphy would give us something different down the wings. Lasley's in there because he's by far our best outfield player and Fitzpatrick is in there because he's miles better than Stephen Hughes. Perhaps not as creative, but he doesn't give the ball away anywhere near as much as Shuggy. Sutton was pretty poor the other night I thought, so Clarkson's effort and determination will come in for him. Porter keeps his place coz he's a natural finisher (although he didn't look it on Monday night). Not even gonna try and predict a scoreline, I'd love for us to royally fuck them over though!

Haha, I was merely arguing one's point of view against somebody who would be of the same opinion as yourself when playing Devil's Advocate!

"Morale throughout our support is at its utter lowest ebb. I certainly can NEVER recall such ill feeling towards the club from the fans. Sure, there have been bad times, horrible times and near catastrophic times but we have NEVER been treated with the contempt we are at present." You can't recall morale being lower? You genuinely can't recall the morale being lower? What about the day we went into administration? Or the day we got fucked 5-1 by Rangers at Hampden Park? What about this time last year, when our club and the rest of Scottish Football was shocked to its core. You're HONESTLY trying to tell me that morale has NEVER been lower? I suggest you think again. "Through pandering to the Old Firm, shocking communication, promised deals taken away without being tried out, shocking communication and finally, shocking communication the gap between support and the board has never been wider. Add to that an erratic and out of favor manager, some of the worst footballers on show in years and any that do have ability are lacking an equal proportion of effort and spirit." The communication thing is something I don't understand. This is a serious question, coz I genuinely don't know the answer, what exactly is it you want the board to come out and tell us all the time? The manager is only out of favour by a number of folk and he's certainly nowhere near as erratic as some of our previous managers. Remember Terry Butcher offering members of the East Stand a square go? Or Maurice Malpas telling the fans he'd have to be sacked before he left? Worst footballers on show? Dead on. "In all, there are many MANY fans who, quite unblievably could walk away right now and not come back. Ask yourself of the heartache the proposed closure of the club brought a few years back. Who would have similar feelings if such a 'travesty' occurred again? The feeling amongst many is absolutely SCUNNERED with the club and will walk away very soon, once out of the habbit, attending expensive third rate football is the last thing on people's agenda on rare leisure time. Many more have already walked, never to return." You're telling me that the majority of our fans wouldn't be bothered if our club was closed? You are.. HONESTLY trying to argue that none of us could give a fuck if we went under? Aye, we might be a bit pissed off (not anywhere near as much as you), but come on to fuck, that is by far the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. You HONESTLY, honestly think that? "With that, who, at this moment in time will be showing support for the club at the start of the season by purchasing a Season Ticket. Will you be showing faith in the club, or will you be showing them the same appreciation the give us? How much 'Value' has the ST lost? Plenty in a fiscal sense but what about in terms of having a 'voice' and some status that being a ST holder used to bring?" Okay, so what voice did a Season Ticket holder bring you before? Did you get a say in what happened at the club? Did you dictate the day-to-day runnings of the club? No, you got the same priviledges as you do now; you get to sit in the same fucking seat week in, week out. You get to see the 'Well every other week, and you wanna throw it all away coz John Boyle changed the away stand prices? You don't know how lucky you have it.

See if you're angry at Mark McGhee just now, whatever you do, don't listen to his interview on the BBC website.

I would seriously disagree with that.. Klimpl was alright, but his tackling was wild, he mishit a fair few kicks of the ball and his positioning was poor. His distribution may be better than Craigan's, but I'd say Craggs is by far the better of the two players.
