You can understand why Long started ahead of him in Dingwall, and maybe even again on Saturday, but when Long is shunted out wide and White is about to get 90 minutes ahead of him when he has done absolutely fuck all but fall over he's got to be wondering what the fuck is the point.

I fuckin hate the OF as much as everyone else but through gritted teeth I don't mind seeing them making the CL group stages if it helps improve the coefficient.

Agreed, it's so easy to say "play the youngsters" but it's surely not as easy as that; some of them just aren't ready physically/technically/mentally, and throwing them in to play in a team that's as brutal as ours can do a lot of harm.

Quite like the look of this team, I doubt we'll see it unfortunately. Looking forward to the game tomorrow night, I think we'll get our first win.

I grew up in Ballymena so I watched their cup final game the other week. Given both sides had barely kicked a ball in months the quality was understandably pretty poor, but even if they were mid season, there is absolutely no chance we'll lose to Glentoran.
