Cole needs to work on his link up play. He is pretty poor at passing, holding the ball and bringing others into the game.

We have to show a bit of desire, pace and energy. This is really asking for Hamilton to come in to them. They have 10 men FFS!!!

I really wish we could hear what Graham Alexander really thinks about this squad. If he is hog tied by the lack of quality then that is one thing, but if he thinks that this is the standard that we expect and the standard that will make us competitive next season then we are already in trouble. I am not impressed by what I have seen of Graham Alexander's tenure to date.

We just don't close down at all. Jog into the vicinity of the player on the ball and then allow them to play a pass. Pass on to the next guy to jog up and stand 3 yards off. Bloody brutal.

I'm not impressed by our handling of matches at all. We should be looking to dominate Morton from start to finish.

It looks like Motherwell have run out of juice and ideas. Getting deeper and allowing Morton a lot of time in their own half of the pitch. Really are now inviting Morton into the game and into us a bit in the final 15.

All of our front three are far too easily dispossessed.

Our forwards are too selfish when in possession. Cole needs to remember that this is a team game. Decision making is poor. I realise that we don't get complete players, but I'd like to think that some coaching would improve that aspect of our forward play.

This 433 formation is never going to work with our personnel. We give up the first two thirds of the pitch when not in possession. When we have the ball our movement is non-existent. Painful to watch this team try to play football.

Yes, it is a very pedestrian showing from Motherwell.

He excels at nothing, but is probably not too bad at defending.

Lawless and Crawford may as well be playing in blue and white. Campbell is chasing about to no effect.

Alexander has to find a way to react to this. Surely he cannot be happy with the way the game is developing.
