I had made the assumption when I read about the Flexiticket that the "benefits package" of a season ticket would be getting ramped up, otherwise the club are hoping ST holders place untold value in having "their seat".

Genuine question- how does anyone know how good or bad Kenny Black is at his job? And how can he suddenly be the problem after being here throughout all the recent success?

The only thing I wouldn't question is his work ethic, but everything else applies. Utter pish. Ditto Lasley and McManus.

Muirhouse site is closer than Ravenscraig I would reckon. Certainly not much in it.

There are far too many people who criticise no matter what, but there's a similar number of people who won't criticise no matter what. I wish they'd all just wrap it and leave the rest of us to have a constructive debate.

It did lead directly to the goal, whether we like it or not.

Again I'm going from memory because I've no intention of watching it back, but it seemed like a matter of seconds between the throw-in being taken and the ball hitting the net, and the throw-in was caused because we had a nervous right-footed player playing at left-back. Arguably that's McCalls fault but as far as I can tell we didn't have an ideal solution available to us.

I'd have Woods ahead of Goram, Howie and Brown all things considered.

I would list Woods comfortably in the top half of Motherwell goalkeepers I've seen.

Taking the conversation in a slightly different direction, I'm thinking about what the best team of this lot would be, but not just in terms of which players to pick, but also which era. Obviously McClair, Faddy, etc would be "before" and Craigan, etc would be after, but the one that jumps out at me as being a bit of a dilemma- Phil O'Donnell. Before or after?

Hollis was absolutely rank, even worse than Gunnar. Inspired zero confidence in anyone in front of him or in the stands. The worst ever though? Maybe not (I personally think Fraser, Dubeordeux and Kaven were worse) but he's certainly not far away.

....the return of the Sheriff got me thinking about our special club, and the number of players, even in my relatively short time, that I have seen return to the club. I was wondering if I could put together an XI and I think I've just about managed it, albeit in a slightly gung-ho formation! Anyway, here's my attempt. Feel free to add any I may have forgotten, or correct me if I'm wrong about any of them. ______________Gunnar___________________ ______Kerr_____Craigan_____Hammell______ Faddy__McClair__O'Donnell__Lasley__Ojamaa ____________Burns_____Sutton____________ I doubt there's any other SPFL clubs that could put together such a lineup and that reinforces my opinion that our club genuinely is a good place for players to come and play their football and is the type of club that gets under your skin.

I can't be arsed reading all this shite. We had five definite starters missing and three guys playing with knocks, not to mention McManus who could be forgiven for his head not being in the game and we still picked up maximum points and kept a clean sheet. A big dose of "Shut the fuck up" is required for a few folk on here.

I can't subscribe to the "luck" theory over 210 minutes. The better team goes through. We played well beneath ourselves but that's not bad luck- that's bad planning and bad attitude. I'm still furious, possibly even more so now.

I don't mind football programmes but actual commentary drives me up the wall. Each to their own though- the wireless is one of those things that I will always associate with football from a better time and wouldn't like to see it disappear.
