What makes you think they are a bigger team and higher standard? I'm not saying they aren't but a big stadium was built for the Euros and Polish supporters are fanatical so they probably do get big crowds but is there anything to suggest the product is better and wages are higher?

I was debating this with 'Flow on Twitter last night but it's probably fair to say both our opinions are a bit skewed. I genuinely don't see that it's a particularly good move unless I'm missing something. I don't think he'll be on more money than he was on with us and there's a chance he'll get a couple of Euro qualifiers, same as if he'd stayed with us. When you add in that he's having to move to Poland when he's engaged to be married and no doubt planning to start a family soon then I really don't see the attraction.

A beautiful top undoubtedly but perhaps a bit too similar to the 125th anniversary one for the club to market.

You're right about Rowbotham but in hindsight I'm glad he did as the replay was brilliant. I could be wrong but was the replay the only time we over wore the black strip with MFC instead of the badge?

Ridiculous to slate McCalls European record. We've finished top of the pile outside the Old Firm in both his full seasons so we got put up against teams with players we had actually heard of so of course we were going to get pumped. I'd much rather that than sneaking in through fair play and getting to beat a couple of pub teams before the inevitable pumping.

We kept loads of clean sheets when Reynolds and Craigan were the partnership, but Reynolds got plaudits and Craigan crucified. However, when Craigan was missing we were like Keystone Cops at the back. In my opinion, Reynolds owes a lot of his (supposed) success to Craigan, and to bring it back to the original topic, Craigan should be much closer to the greatest XI than Reynolds in my opinion.

I think that is quite well established. He was far from alone at Fir Park at that time. Not that it matters, of course.

I couldn't agree more about the two players- both absolutely excellent so far this season and Carswell not having a single U21 cap beggars belief. On the second point, it's a vicious cycle. We can't afford the gamble of tying young players up on long-term contracts so we are forced to sit and watch teams like Utd reap the rewards of doing exactly that.

He was regularly beaten in the air by players smaller than him when he played for us, and he used to shepherd forwards instead of tackle them. For some reason he was the golden boy amongst our support, possibly because there was a catchy song made up about him. And the big boy for Aalesund was absolutely pish.

And in a similar vein, I'd mention Andy Smith (not the big Airdrie cunt, the boy we had on loan from Preston).

Having just had a look through that list, the positions are a mile oot.

I would suggest that Townsley, Shivute, Fagan and Ross should all be exempt for scoring in games we didn't lose against the Old Firm, likewise Fitzpatrick for THAT goal.

If that gets put down as an OG then McCall should get Sutton to fuck, the lazy cunt. And if he doesn't then he's just a wee ginger h*n cunt.
