  1. Dijkstra Nijholt Krivokapic Craigan Hammell McFadden Lasley Kirk Cooper Higdon Arnott I've done that very quickly and possibly let the heart rule the head on Kirk, Craigan and Arnott because they are my favourites rather than the best but fuck it- I'm the boss.
  2. All of that is true to be fair but he was fairly terrible regardless.
  3. I see you're still not over your crack addiction. Gutted for you mate. Keep trying. Be strong.
  4. This type of comment has no place on this forum. I suggest an immediate ban for this poster to send out a deterrent to anyone else thinking about posting anything positive or sensible.
  5. Frank Bernard was brutal and looked like a rapist. Eddie May was bollocks and I still believe his transfer to be the worst in the history of world football. I also thought Khaled Kemas was up there with the worst dross we've had. I think a few posters are blurring the lines between someone being good/bad and likeable/unlikeable.
  6. People always remember the blunders, and I'm by no means saying he was brilliant, but he was loyal and a decent stopper. Saved a good few penalties aswell. To list him as even close to the worst ever is, as I said earlier, ridiculous.
  7. Yes, McLeod scored against Falkirk at Fir Park. Danny Murphy, Paul Keegan and Trevor Molloy- all utter guff.
  8. Absolutely ridiculous comment. We have two goalies worse than Woods on the books just now for a start!
  9. That's all well and good, but is it an investment? Will they be looking for a % of the fee we get for him next summer?
  10. Aye, he agreed to sign for us before having his head turned by a cub who had previously failed to pay his wages. I hope we stick it to the cunt on Saturday. No mercy.
  11. I fully expect Cummins to stand out for Dundee. And whether you like him or not (I really fuckibg don't) having a former centre-half as his boss for a few months won't do his game any harm.
  12. I think Xmas falling on a Wednesday has an impact too. With the trains being off, I would have driven up if I could have dumped the car at a hotel, had a few beers and stayed overnight but I was back at work the next day and I imagine a few folk were in the same boat.
  13. If we're willing to accept an offer as low as that, why don't we just get 'Flow to run another dinner and keep him?
  14. Not directly, but anyone who knows anything about football would concede that a goalkeeper contributes more to a team than keeping the ball out of the net. When a defence trusts the man behind them, they play with confidence and a trustworthy goalkeeper affects the shape and attitude of the entire team. I'm by no means saying that Dan is in the Randolph or Ruddy bracket, but the last five games are the only ones this season where I've believed that the back four trust their goalie and that eminates through the team.
  15. Not in the slightest, but common sense tends to upset those in power in the Scottish game unfortunately.
  16. It can work either way because Kris Boyd absolutely bossed the Hearts neckline with his physicality the other week and could have had two hat-tricks on a different day. Any tactic we deploy should be enough. Having said that, Danny Wilson and Jamie Hamill are back for them and, while they aren't the type of names that individually strike fear into your heart, they have a bit of experience and will help hold the young boys together. I still expect us to win, but my hope is that we get in front early because if it's 0-0 going into the second half, their kids' confidence will grow and anything could happen.
  17. Athletic Arms is where we'll be.
  18. I remember thinking along those lines when buying my Ibrox League Cup ticket..... Having said that, I will be shelling out again this time!
  19. I am confident, which in itself gives me the fear.
  20. I'm exactly the same mate- trying to rein my own hopes in after our recent run!
  21. It seems ridiculous having these thoughts before a trip to Tynecastle but I'm with UBH. I can see this being 0-6 and that worries me no end.
