We really should, but Killie have upset us a few times in the recent past when we've been favourites. Difficult game to call for me. As someone said above, we'll hopefully see a decent traveling support since we've been out of action for a while.

I work Mon-Fri in Glasgow so St Mirren away was perfect for me. Home games are ideal aswell. Definitely prefer it to any other alternative kickoff time.

I couldn't care less if the guy who scores the winner on Sunday is on loan or under contract, black or white, catholic or Protestant, gay or straight, or anything else for that matter, as long as he does it for the 'Well. The only way I'll be pissed off will be if the loanee turns out to be shite and sits on the bench not contributing while picking up a wage. I have no reason to think that will be the case at this point though!

There is only one former Motherwell player playing anywhere that you could look at and be pleased with the amount we received for them. That is a shocking state of affairs when you consider the number of comings and goings we've had in the past decade.

I must admit, I didn't hear any Hateley abuse at the game and I was almost right at the front so if there was any, he probably didn't hear it either. Obviously if some cretin has said on twitter that he hopes Tom Hateley dies then he should be severely punished, especially a couple of days after our fans tribute to a player who did die on the pitch. Not wanting to open a can of worms here, but sometimes players tweets can be wrong, so I wouldn't take Ojamaas as gospel. When Hateley tweeted last year that he was disgusted by his family being abused in the stand (at Rugby Park) and called for the fan who did it to come to the training ground if they had a problem, not only was it ridiculously unprofessional but it was also completely misinformed. I know this because I was the fan in question. At that point there was loads of folk on here and on twitter up in arms by the actions of their fellow supporter even though not a single one of them had heard anything. People even took it upon themselves to apologise on my behalf! Nobody at all considered that the player may have got it wrong. And he had. So lets not be too hasty to jump on band-wagons this time.

Surely the budget from the chairman would be larger if they were promoted, and therefor they'd be looking for a higher quality of player? And why would the player himself commit to a team that may be operating in League one when the next six months could see him win a move to a Championship side?

Why would Sheffield United make pre-contract signings for the summer when they don't know what division they will be in next season?
