I hope this all works out but my first impression is that there is absolutely nothing there that is not already offerred by the MST, and it could well be the death knell for the Trust. That may not seem like a disaster at the moment, but if the powers at be in the club(either present or future) take a sinister turn, having the fans represented by a group of yes men with no actual power whatsoever would suit them far better than an independent body with a membership base and a shareholding.
If I was a cynical man, I'd say that the club would be quite happy to see the back of the Trust in case they provide any opposition to a forthcoming significant decision that is to be made, perhaps when the property market picks up, and this is a massive stride towards that.
