well for a start someone who has managed in Britain and knows our style of game and what is required in it! someone of Davie Hays experiences would be a capture

Dont get me wrong im not saying he will be a bad manager a just feel he is being put forward for the wrong reasons also i believe there to be better candidates for the job

In my view the new Boss should have spl experience although someone like Davy Hay or Gary McAllister so lets all hope we can attract someone of their stature to our small club !!!

Simply because he has done a fantastic job with our current biggest rivals and sloe I believe Hamilton could quite easily do better than Motherwell next year due to the good young talent they have at their disposal so why would he want to go ? Another reason is his contract at Hamilton and the fact that Hamilton just wouldn't let him go to Motherwell so IN REALITY he will never come to Motherwell!

I definitely think the new manager should be experienced to give the job to a rookie would be stupid !! I also believe the Motherwell would have no chance of getting Billy Reid for a number of reasons, we have to be realistic and get a Boss in who can carry on where McGhee is going to finish !!

I reckon a good shout for the managers job would be Davy Hay as he clearly knows scottish football inside out and also remember he was the one who brought the likes of di canio to Celtic so he can spot a player
