Mate try and use someone else's card as they only need it for confirmation. They don't actually charge your card they need it for confirmation only. I used my sister's card and it's fine done it in Nancy and Llanelli.

There is a logic behind it. As I only knew I was going on Saturday and it is too short notice to get Romanian money I was advised to take Dollars as the exchange rate is better. Dollars are a commodity over there , apparently they love the green note. Now that I have explained myself it seems as though Trucks is on the wind up again as per usual.
