I agree but i was responding to someone who mentioned verbal agreement and from my experience studying Scottish Business Law a verbal agreement is binding but there is a chance England is different.

That does make sense considering it was Scottish Business Law I done. So i retract that statement. It might still be binding in England though.

Actually a verbal agreement is binding in the court of law if there is/are a witness(es). So we could be liable.

I know this is only the clubs side and we will have to wait and see what his side is. I think if (and a big IF) the club are correct in there story it is shocking the way they have been treated. What if a player done that to us. I for one would not be very happy.

As I have said we probably haven't even heard of the new midfield dynamo yet. A know they are in different positions but how many of us had heard of Richie Foran, Scott McDonald or Chris Porter. I'm bein honest I hadn't heard of any of them. We always find a gem whether it be from the youth team or an uknown signing.
