  1. Flow, I've emailed the club about the Well Lotto, I'm interesting in taking it up plus I was wondering if there was an avenue for me taking it in to Work and trying to get a few people in their to do it as well as my family. I'm pretty sure I could get it to between £50 and £100 a week. I've not heard anything as of yet and I'd like to get it started as soon as possible.
  2. Me too, I might stop the gambling and everytime I feel like putting money in my Bet365 account I will just put it to that. That should have us in profit buy October .
  3. I'm actually thinking of sacrificing my Euro trip and sponsoring a player's jersey.
  4. There is hee haw wrong with wearing Football colours and kilts. There is hee haw wrong with not wearing any colours or kilts. It's a personal choice. Personally I don't wear a kilt but I wear Well colours. I like when I see a square or a pub abroad and it's full of Well colours. Each to their own and all that.
  5. Most of the time the away leg has been first though.
  6. For a million quid they can call it the Airdrie Savings Bank stand.
  7. Surely we could actually get some people to chip in for the Steelmenonline stand.
  8. If it meant saving the club? Then give me the Chapman's stand or the Electric Bar stand any day of the week.
  9. Another thing I was thinking of last night was to have minimum payments for season tickets. So say for the East Stand the minimum payment is £270 so you pay your £270 and if you can afford anymore then pay whatever you can. We can do it for the Well Society, the Steel membership could be £300-£999 so you pay in whatever you can afford. The Claret £1000-£4999 etc. We can also increase the subsequent yearly membership. Say £150 for the Steel, £300 for the Claret and £1000 for Amber etc. We could even incorporate the minimum pricing into the yearly membership too. We have the model in place so it is just a matter of tweaking things a bit. It puts no pressure on people who can't afford more than they are already putting in and gives the fans who want to do a bit extra the chance to do so.
  10. What about having a welcome note like the manager's in the matchday programme or even getting to interview a player on the MFC TV. Anything MFC TV related.
  11. Just realised that it was 4 items. That's fantastic and I am currently the high bidder on one of the auctions
  12. Oh aye I do agree but more of "I don't think that will work because....." and less of "you're talking pish man, that'll never work."
  13. See if i buy something. Can I come collect it and just give the club the £7.50 postage charge? Can't believe I am saying that........my employers will be livid if they find out
  14. I don't think that's what he meant, more of an appeal
  15. Why don't we offer to play Rangers in a friendly? I'm sure they would love to play a big SPL and Champions league side in us
  16. Seriously though we can hold speakers night's in the cooper/centenary suite and we can auction the players and whoever wins get's to have lunch, dinner or have them attend your birthday party etc.
  17. Sorry I must have been starting my thread at the same time as you Well Well . I'm happy for both to be merged.
  18. I have posted numerous times on this over the last few weeks. Some of it you may think was pish and some of it may have offended you and if I have I apologise but that was never my intention. My intention was to put across my opinion which was to have a fair Scottish football. I think I'm entitled to express my opinion because I have put a hell of a lot of my hard earned cash in to Scottish football in my life as have posters who disagreed with me. I have said a lot about the club in this too and have put a lot of criticism their way. They have listened to their fans and have voted the right way. They have done right by the fans and that I have to commend them. Voting this way will bring us serious financial hardship and that I recognise. It is now time for me to do right by my club. It is time for me to buy my season ticket, pay the £30 quid for my Champions league ticket and even leave my season ticket at home some weeks and pay in to games at the gate. All these things are little things but if all Motherwell fans do the same then it will all add up and we can make a difference and keep our great little club going. The club are going to ask a lot of the fans over the coming months. We need to be there for them and listen to them like they listened to us. Any Motherwell fan who doesn't attend the games for whatever reason please make an effort in the future. Stay in that Saturday night and get yourself to Fir Park. If you can't afford a Well Society membership then get your child/sibling/nephew/niece etc a junior one. 10 years ago it was the well worth saving campaign. Well now is the time to give the club your full support. They need you, I need you because I want a club to support, well I suppose we all need each other. Anyway who is willing to pay in to games against club 12 whoever that me be? I know this alone will not even begin to plug any gap but we all have to start somewhere. #ClaretAndAmberForever
  19. I find it amusing that steelboy cherry picks his responses.
  20. What other new team has been parachuted in to the either the first or second tier of Scottish Football. If it was the other 10 clubs would we be having these cloak and dagger meetings and votes?
  21. No but they are getting less of a punishment than others would get. See if this goes through then we would be admitting that Rangers and Celtic can do what they like becasue we have admitted that we need there money. I put Celtic in there because if we need Rangers then it's obvious we need Celtic and the same conditions apply but you knew that and are just being a tit. Rangers and Celtic can match fix, bribe refs and refuse to pay fines etc and we are admitting that we need them so they will never be held fully accountable for their actions. That is what you refuse to admit to.
