  1. I've got 2 vouchers so does that mean I can get in before the game starts and then go to the Fir Park Club for a swift pint and a hauf and then get back in with the other voucher for the 2nd half?
  2. 4th gets Europe this year and I can't see 2 teams catching us from the pack.
  3. We will be playing in Europe next year.
  4. Plus you can show the film in millions of cimeas around the world.
  5. I don't think you can really compare football to bowling, cinema etc because cinemas and bowling alleys don't have as high a wage bill as Motherwell Football Club or any other SPL club for that matter. Having said that I do believe that football is vastly over priced in Scotland. This isn't exclusive to the top division either because on the way home from work yesterday I was listening to the Real Radio Phone In and a Raith Rovers fan was on at one point and said that he pays £17 to get in to Starks Park . He also said he was charged £19 for the away end at Dens Park. I'm also sure I heard that Hibs are charging hearts fans £34 a ticket for the 2 January game. I hope I dreamt that because that is a disgraceful price if true. I think a 4-5 quid for kids and £15 for adults is about fair. Edit: the Hibs v Hearts game is £28+6 per order for special delivery which is where I got the £34. £28 is still far too much and why can't Hearts fans pick their tickets up at tynecastle if possible rather than spend £6 on SD ? Craziness.
  6. http://www.firstrowsports.tv/watch/94605/1/watch-motherwell-fc-vs-dundee-united.html
  7. What makes you think that? Obviously isn't form.
  8. They have their man anyway. Someone I work with will be on. Where can you find that station anyway?
  9. Anyone remember the West Ham friendly? he came on to good reception from the Well fans. I think he injured Greg Denham (could be wrong) , got booed and stuck the fingers up to the east stand. From then on I thought he was a twat.
  10. You imagine if Murphy and Humphrey were on top form this season. It's almost frightening to think where we could be in the league just now. I'll settle for where we are now though because it's not too shabby is it?
  11. We played Dundee United 4 times at Fir Park last season and beat them everytime. They were better than they are now and I would say we are better than we were last season. 5 in a row.
  12. Craig Brown "There is no evidence of a gap between us and Motherwell.............." Craig, what about the league table and the 17 point gap that shows? Case closed ya auld dick. There is a massive gap.
  13. Only against the rules at the fitba too. I have been to loads of concerts in all seater stadiums and not once have I been asked to sit on my arse. I don't see what your problem is with people standing.
  14. Well i'm sticking with my belief that our second 11 games will be the same as our first 11. That I will take with christmas baubles on.
  15. I normally agree with you Steelboy but to say that you don't rate our top scorer in one of our best seasons yet is a bit daft. I really don't know what you're looking for.
  16. Exactly the 2 and I was thinking Danny McGrain when I made the post but always thought of him as a right back but you have explained it.
  17. I've actually spoke to Joe Wark about his lack of Scotland caps when I was in the centenary suite before a game last year and he said Scotland were spoilt for choice in the full back positions in his day. I can't remember some of the names he said kept him out the team. Can any one shed any light?
  18. A guy who I went to uni with is a sports reporter in Finland and he says that the boy puts him self about but he has found his level. He doubts that he would be able to make the leap to SPL standard. That's only one opinion though.
  19. The thing is you don't need to strike a ball perfectly to score a goal.
  20. I worded that wrong. I meant the team in general but I totally agree with your point.
  21. I know what you're saying from a personal point of view about the season being broke up a wee bit. Think of it from a club point of view though and it could be seen as being beneficial. Any players with minor knocks and twinges have time to recover which could in the long run prevent a more long term injury. It also gives our own players to get a wee bit of a rest too. I said after the Kilie game that I would take a repeat results in the second 11 games as the first and so far it's working . If that means there is pumpings against Rangers and St Johnstone to come then so be it.
