How long have you been supporting Motherwell ? How many four game losing straks have we been on. We have had them under McLean, McLeish, Kampmann, Davies, Black, Butcher, Malpas and now Gannon. Now I maybe wrong but i think McGhee is the only manager I have known that hasn't lost 4 in a row. BOO HOO all they managers should have been sacked before there time.

See that comment! I agree with it 100% but i still beleive in him. I just think he is a bit naive but that is what life is about. When wee Tommy was our gaffer he made decisions that were equally as baffling. The fams booed we won the cup the fans booed agian and we finished third. I don't mean to be a prick about it but it is my pet hate and always has been. In another thread I mentioned I booed John davies in a game we atually won 3-0 but since that day I have been ashamed. Even on that day andnow I don't know or understand - I never will by the way- how booing will benefit the team. Anyway it doesn't mean your, Chris' or any other booer's love for the well is lessened but come on it is early days in a marathon.

I wont accept it my eyes don't need drying. I just don't see the point in it. All I want is people to look at the bigger picture. In the summer we lost about 98% of our team. We are sixth in the league as it stands. Don't forget by the way wat this time last year we were 11th. So if - I know it's a big IF - we refreshen and have a last six months like we did last year we will be top 6 comfortably. Would you haven taken that at he start of the year? Why can't our fans be paitent? Ever! Historically we are a very hard bunch to please. During Tommy McLean's time - after we won the cup - we booed and shouted for his head. The bigger picture has proven this booing to be stupid We even booed the team during McGhee's 1st season. Why do we do this? It doesn't provide any positivity to the team and we as supporters should SUPPORT the team. So come on lads, I too feel your pain. I too will be in a bad mood until at least Wednesday. I too have concerns about Gannon's tactical decisions. Where I differ is that I fail to see how booing has or will have a positive effect on the team. Mon the Well ! Mon Jim Gannon !
