Im a big Cardiff fan, almost as much as I am Motherwell and when McCormack left I knew it was the right move for him but didn't think he would do as well as he has done. Clarkson neds another year at Motherwell and a few more International games.. but clubs like Cardiff don't come knocking every year becase you never know they could be a top flight outfit next year!

If Dirty Sanchez became the new Motherwell manager I personally would be quite pleased with it, as a previous comment said.. you don't beat England and Spain if yer shite! Yeah I suppose your right but maybe with some players more than others! In my personal opinion a manager should be someone who captures a rooms attention and full concentration immediately.. but both these days could work! McAllister despite not proving himself as a manager he might still do a job. And who won? 1-1 both times... baring in mind I was playing with mediocre opposition infact, the 1st time I played against him was his first game as player manager and they scored a late header, but only after he was taken off from a knock he received in a late tackle

Id build a multi-million pound training complex.. then build a 5000 seater reserve stadium then buy Albion Rovers and put all our under-19s into the 3rd division playing at or resrve stadium which would be in the Ravenscraig aswell as the training complex. Id then take te team on a pre-season tour to Australia, play Sorrento and Bob Malcolms mob! Sign McFadden, find out if Shivute has any sons and get them in the youth system, give the board 20 mill to spend and as a rule the most foreign player he can sign is an Englishman! Hopefully we will have a bit of wage discipline and then id rename the South Stand but the name will be named by the fans in an online vote!
