Yeah I think something more along the lines of highlighting the 4 month and 10 month payment options would have been a suitable response.

Liked the idea about inviting every newborn to join the society. Dunno if it would have much success but its "outside the box" thinking like that which will be needed if we are going to get anywhere near the membership levels and cash required.
