  1. i agree with opening statement
  2. Ran out of tickets JOKE, the stand opposite us could have taken Motherwell fans and they could have been moved to the Left stand as it was 1/3 full. Managed to buy a ticket of a punter so thanks to him, hope he got in the home end. Ohh aye and when i got in the stewards and the seating arrangements were a JOKE, i had a ticket for a good seat but punted in the bottom left corner CRAP.
  3. Poor Performance, poor decisions, poor management. Enough has been said to criticise and quite rightly. I agree a good reality check. I dont think anyone impressed me at all, there were at times good play from JO'B and the Duke. I applaude the effort of Hutcheson and McHugh. Worst performance by far was Craigan, mind first half punting the ball up and out for G K. Reyolds id a CB, play him in his strength. Truley missed Suttons presence. All goals came from down the right hand side, could we not learn from the first half? Totally gutted.
  4. Just remember the CIS cup is a diddy cup. It means nothing as it doesnt qualify for Europe anymore. The extra revenue would be a benefit but the League is most important. If we won the cup fair doos but its not that great. Rather win the Scottish cup if any.

    Darren Smith

I think at the mo we should punt McGarry and Fizzy as we dont need them and Hopefully when DLS is back that give us the extra striker we need
  6. the most entertaining game would be Saints v us BUT i'd probably sit in the hoose n watch it.
  7. ------------------------Ruddy-------------------- Moutaoukil-----Saunders----------Reynolds----------Hammell ------------------------Hateley--------------------------- Humphrey---------------Coke------Jennings---------------O'Brien --------------------------Jutkiewicz------------------ I'd bring on Forbes in second half with McHugh and take off jennings and O'Brien
  8. Im getting the train in from Motherwell central 6.20 then once from glasgow central to paisley at 7.05 Easiest for myself incase anyone else was thinking how to get there.
  9. the fact that he hasent once put us down for a win yet! Also its an easy job as you only need to pick the auld filth tae win and u usually get 2 correct results. St Mirren have been on good form but we have a better team in all areas.
  10. Yes my blood was boiling when the constantly said, poor result against Motherwell. Thing is The Auld filth canny buy superstars anymore and every other club in the SPL can beat anyone. and aye Motherwell are a good team. as we all know. I mean english commentators and an irish onw commenting on a Scottish team, all the know is that Glasgow has 2 "big" teams n thats it.
  11. My favourite top is this seasons. However my faviourite will be next seasons, Portsmouths top in Amber. Like the v neck collar. http://www.kitbag.com/stores/kitbag_4_5/pr...px?selector=118

  13. Think we'll get humped, 2 nil. heart says 1v1
  14. I widney gie them ma money, fur a crap view in a pokey wee corner with a big white pole in ma way n a dont mean the holy goalie. lol
  15. Wen i was yonger met Stuart Elliot, numerous times, at either a youth club or as he lived in my street, was a great guy. Never got fed up of the wee kids chapping his door all the time asking for Motherwell stuff.
  16. We all know Majority of fans want Slane to stay, Including myself. Based on the Pre-season Europa league form he played well, not great. Did he change the games? Well no not really. Scored one peach in the 8 v 1 game but the opponent wasnt great. Theres raw telent to be nurtured and developed and its proven Motherwell has one of the Best Youth systems in Scottish maybe Brittish football. There is a bit of Faddy about him. Unfortunately, Paul Slane has to make a decision, Until i hear from him what he wants to do i will support the player, and the team. If his heart isnt in it then performances deteriorate and he is as well to move on and we can use the money to develop another young player. As for the contract signing, the boys who have signed have impressed and done well for the club. Moreso deserving than Slane. If you agree or disagree it doesnt really matter, we are all entitled to oppinions.
  17. Get in! The poles off the mark, great to hear Hopefully the confidence will get us another to tie up the game
  18. MFC have a company that are doing Stewarding from now on!!!!!!! as MFC cant afford all the costs and is cheaper to tender it to a company. MFC only pay the Turnstyle operators, then they join in Stewarding at the back of the stands.
  19. Bit daft i think. A diehard fan has shocked his family and friends by changing his name by deed poll to Motherwell Football Club. Frazer Boyle, 20, from Coltness, North Lanarkshire, has been a regular at Fir Park since he was nine. He paid £33 last week to legally swap his birth name and has sent off for a new driving licence and passport as Mr Motherwell Football Club. The student's mother, Hazel, 45, said she had overcome her initial shock and was fine "as long as he was happy". Mr Motherwell Football Club said there had been a mixed reaction to his name change. "I have been Motherwell daft since my grandfather started taking me to the games when I was only nine," he said. He is Motherwell daft and has already been to France and Wales in the past year to watch them; I think that is punishment enough Hazel Boyle"I am the only Motherwell fan in the house so I don't think anyone understands why I did it. "My girlfriend isn't too bothered but I'm not sure if she'd be happy maybe being known as Mrs Motherwell Football Club eventually." Frazer's mother Hazel Boyle said she was shocked when she heard about her son's new name. "When Frazer first said to me I thought he was kidding on, I was ready to give him a clip around the ear," she said. "He is Motherwell daft and has already been to France and Wales in the past year to watch them; I think that is punishment enough. 'Passionate' fan "As long as he is happy that is the main thing." Keith Craine, who runs Motherwell fan's message board Steelmen Online, praised Frazer for his dedication to the 'Well. He said: "Frazer is just one of many Motherwell fans who are passionate about the club. "He travelled abroad with 3,000 other loyal fans last year and good on him for finding a new way to support the Steelmen. "When word got out about this he got a bit of a slagging but I'm sure they secretly admire his nerve." A spokesman for UK Deed Poll service said: "We think it's a good idea and we are always happy to help people change their names to a football club or celebrity. "We are reaching 50,000 name changes this year and some are weird and wonderful."

I know this would be great and fun, but it could upset other players like coke, jennings, job, slane, who would want to be the star man? Im up forputting a tenner in as long as its in the EAST STAND.

    Loan Deals

Jutkiewicz hasent ealy lived up to potential yet, but give him time, he may end up banging in the goals soon. I would love Ruddy to stay but i thought Everton were looking for £1million? We cant afford that at all. I would prefer to sign Coke and JOB on longer contracts first as we already have 2 goakeepers on the bench.
  23. I prefer the youth at the back, passing out of defence instead of Craigan punting it away and loosing possession 80% of the time. If we are having injuries etc, bring him in but at the moment apart from Saturday we have played well at the back. If you look at both teams, honestly Hibs all round are a better team and the score reflected that.
  24. Always a tough game again Hibs, i think we will have the upperhand on the day. 2 v 1to us, think Hibs will score first after we pump them all first half. Think we will get 2 late goals.
