  1. I think Yogi has done very well at all his clubs, bar Hibs?
  2. Im going for 10 pts, we will lose against Rangers, and draw with St Johnstone and win the other 3, definitely winnable.
  3. Only see the highlights, man alive, there can only be one winner here. some of Samsons saves in the first half were pure class. Finally has a decent game, although, the defence needs work.
  4. Scrappy game, but, in order to stay in this league, we need to dig out performances. A draw in the next game please.
  5. Must get something from this game to halt the decline. Ideally 3 points, but realistically, can we see us getting them? Dropping into the relegation play off on Goal difference. the last 4 games could cost us.
  6. When will mcghee do the honourable and resign...... ohh. Wait, he's too proud to do that.
  7. Ooft Paul Slane, what an utter w4ll0per. Amsterdam with mates
  8. Lets calm the ham. Yes, we looked very good, however County have not won in 9, so everyone will take points off them. We got a very soft first goal, no idea what that boy, who was marking McDonald was doing?!? and continued strong from there. We need to make sure we win the next Game vs Dundee, as against similar strength opposition, we seem to struggle.
  9. Our last two matches were games, we would generally have struggled in, although, i thought we were very good at times vs Celic'. However, we need a win, a home win, for the points, but more importantly, confidence, to get a wee run together against teams, that, we really, should be beating. (Dundee for example)
  10. I agree here, i am a strong critic of Samson. However, today he was great. He couldn't do anything with the penalty, McManus, even, could have put Dembele under pressure, he, is to blame imo.
  11. Hopefully we can get 3 points this Saturday, definitely need to beat a poor Hamilton side.
  12. Funny, It would appear that you think Motherwell FC to be a 'Big' Team. Wow.
  13. Deary me, another late goal costing us, we really need to stop hemorrhaging points or we will be in trouble like last season.
  14. Mid Table is what we should aim for after last season, get the players the manager wants in and hope they gel well. Cup is always a disappointment, so not expecting much. Prove me wrong Motherwell.

Really tough decision as the whole team played great, I went for Lasley, ha made some excellent tackles and general passing was excellent. Apart from that long range duffer. Scott McDonald would have got it from me if he didnt run offside constantly. He has some engine. Big Laing was excellent, kept their forward quiet all game.
  16. A good number of players released. Would we have Gunning back for the departing Hutcheson? Gavin Gunning, Morgaro Gomis and Mark Millar have been named among nine players exiting Dundee United. Millar, 26, has been released early from his contract after spending most of the season on loan to Falkirk. Fellow midfielder Gomis, 28, was in his second spell at United after leaving Birmingham City. Gunning, 23, rejected a new contract at Tannadice, while striker Dale Hilson, 21, is also exiting after his latest loan spell with Forfar Athletic. Gomis had returned to Tannadice after being released by Birmingham City On-loan striker Farid El Alagui returns to Brentford, while five members of United's under-20 squad also depart. Striker Jordan Allan had a loan spell with Albion Rovers this season, right-back Ross Gilmour, also 19, was with Airdrieonians, while defender Luke Johnston spent time with Dunfermline Athletic and Montrose. Midfielder Mark Russell, 18, and defender Phil Anderson, 20, also depart Tannadice. However, Harry Souttar, Jamie Robson, Matthew Smith, Greig McNaughton, Ryan Booth, Scott Allardyce, Ali Coote and Rafa Malaga have signed professional contracts. Ola Adeyemo and Aaron Duke will also be secured on professional contracts should they receive international clearance.
  17. It would be nice to play a team from a country we havent played against before. - What squad will we have if we havent signed players we need.
  18. Watched the game on Alba last night and was very impressed with Reid, played really well. Neilsons positioning was very good and made a cracking save first half. Ainsworth as i said when he signed would be better than the Hump and glad hes proved it. Too bad hes off at the end of the season and certainly put himself in the shop window. Sutton again played well, I wasn't too happy when he came back but again delighted to be proved wrong, hes not too far off Higdons tally and hope he breaks it. All in a fairly comfortable win. Did we get lucky with the handball in the second half?? Silly yellows will cost us down the line, good to put the pressure on the Dons.
  19. Any chance Kerr would get some game time. This level should be good to give him a test to see if hes good enough.
  20. off topic but i watch out for Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors results due to FIFA.
  21. All this nonsense with Hatelely is utter unfair. He was a regular for 4 seasons, rarely missed games and was consistant in his role of RB, when he preferred midfield. It is no-way clear why he left, but the contract situation with all 6 players leaving should have been sorted, hes getting picked on as he is left with nothing. Was he wanting a higher salary - deserved IMO or to play in midfield? Would i take him back at the club? Experienced SPL and Europa Experience, consistant? YES!
  22. Dire draw, Think this team will be as strong as any we have played last year in Europe.
  23. Delighted we signed Neilson, has experience at big clubs and playing international football. Will challenge for No1 spot or will walk in as first choice? Mark Hughes seemed to rate him taking him to City, although since then some of Hughes signings have been suspect.
  24. Not keen on much of it, weird collar/sleeves and white shorts just dont go. Love the socks tho.
