Dunne seemed to get caught up with Bowman and his man and let Kerr peel off at the back post. That in itself sums up where we are. A player who everyone including myself thinks is going to stabilise the defence ends up actually costing us the game.

Today was totally down to Robinson and Robinson alone. Subbing off ATS if he's not injured is nothing short of an admission that he doesn't know what he's doing. The players look like they have no clue what he want's them to do. I like Robinson but his time as Motherwell manager has come to and end.

Harley gave away yet another needless free kick on the edge of the box that led to the goal, and I'm pretty sure he did the same against accies. Aldred needlessly gave the ball away just before McHugh's second yellow, literally passed it straight to a Livi player. As for McHugh, I felt a bit sorry for him tbh. I'm not going to defend either card as they were well deserved but he was visibly frustrated after being clattered a couple of times and getting absolutely nothing from Collum. He's clearly one of the players who's committed to digging us out of this hole. We've stopped doing absolutely everything that got us success last season. Even down to Carson's distribution. Last season he was releasing the ball quickly setting off runners down the pitch. Now it's slow, predictable hoof ball out to the wings that's inevitably coming straight back. I also thought there was a noticeable difference in Cadden when he moved into the middle after the red card. His energy levels seemed night and day. We need to give him the best possible chance to affect the game and it's not where he's starting.

Sixty minutes in to a game at home against Livingston and we are camped in to our own 18 yard box. When the ball does break to one of our players we have absolutely no out ball, and yet again it gets aimlessly punted up the wing to absolutely noone. The story of our season. We are absolutely chronic, and a big part of that is down to 352 which just doesn't work for us. It's actually working against us. How Robinson can;t see that I don't know.

It's quite striking how easily teams can pass straight through us. Schoolboy stuff.

Bigi has been guilty of poor decision making and has almost cost in previous games dilly dallying on the ball, McHugh rightly got criticised for the same thing.

That's why Bigi hadn't been playing. Terrible.

McHugh, bar his mistake, was outstanding today.
