Have done so and am picking it up from the office, but that's besides the point. I should know by now not to expect any better.

Still no ticket, no email, no phone call. Email was sent well before the deadline. PR disaster MFC

Still to get mine.

Randolph - coped very well with the nightmare conditions and made some difficult/key saves look very straightforward.
-
I thought United coped with the conditions marginally better than us and took advantage of having the wind at their backs by shooting at every opportunity. Why we didn't follow their example in the second half I don't know. Pernis is absolute gash and the one shot he did have to deal with he spilled, whereas Randolph made a few great saves throughout the game and to be honest kept us in it.

I think it looks much better with the lighting. I'd definitely have given the background a lick of paint though as it does look a little shabby.

This wee group of alcopop drinking boys you keep referring to is actually quite a large group of fans of all ages (and sexes) who are expanding in numbers week in week out because of the fantastic atmosphere they have successfully created at numerous away grounds. The most ridiculous part of the whole thing was there was a whole section taped off in our part of the stand that could have easily housed those who wanted to stand. The standing rule just doesn't work, and as yesterday proved isn't even enforceable when dealing with the smallest number of "offenders". The sooner the rules are changed the better.

I remember the long distance rasper you're on about. He had just come on and we had a free kick about 35 yards out. Everyone was like "he's no gonna shoot from there surely?" when he proceeded to absolutely thump it. Flew just over the bar if I mind right.

What is the other evil of which you speak? Having home and away supporters in the same stand, which as mentioned before, is going to end in tears sooner rather than later. What stand do you sit in? The East. I'm not a season ticket holder either if that makes any difference. All I'm saying is I'd rather see people moved to a perfectly adequate home stand than force home supporters to sit amongst that shower. I did say it wouldn't be popular.
-
It won't be popular but the sensible thing to do is give them the Cooper back. It's the lesser of two evils IMO and its sat half empty in most OF games anyway.
-
That was a game we could have lost 10 3 and it wouldn't have flattered them. I mind watchin that through my fingers! Reynolds was howlin! If we get back to competing with the Old Firm I'll be happy. The thought of going 6 clear is immense though!

The problem with Sportscene is there's too much chat and not enough football. Why they ever changed it from the old format (best game extended highlights, followed by decent highlights for the other good games and hardly any for the poorest) I'll never know. You can barely get a feel for how a game has gone with 5 mins highlights. It's a complete joke. They seem to have a decent balance with Match of the Day so why not just replicate that format?

Fair point mate. I understand why he would want to avoid talkin up our chances. I think when we are still 2nd come easter he might have to have a rethink though
-
According to my mates who were at the game, that was a fair reflection of the match. Think over all we were poor and Inverness can count themselves unlucky. Winning games when not playing well is a great sign though. And to be fair, even Stuart Mccall dismisses us as the 2nd place team in the SPL so why shouldn't they?

Can someone tell me why kick off times are traditionally Sat 3pm? I am assuming it has something to do with the shift/working day way back when the leagues were started.
-
I'm quite looking forward to it tbh. Will get away from work sharpish, straight to the pub and then straight to the game. Hopefully a few celebratory pints afterwards too.

Thought we played ok in the first half but were nowhere near our best. In saying that we put the ball into the box from wide areas more than enough times to a least expect one of our players to have gotten on the end of one. Second half bar that one move we were pretty poor. With regards to Killie although they had plenty of possession it was in their own half more often than not. When they did threaten bar the shot off the post in the first half Randolf dealt with everything pretty easily. Draw was a fair result.

Another great away day. Mccall really has the team playing with confidence. Every player seems to know exactly what is expected of him and to a man they delivered yesterday. Completely dominated the first half and almost played the perfect counterattacking game in the second. All that was missing was another goal or two but on another day it could have been 3 or 4 nil easily. Bring on Killie at Fir Park!

Would be pretty gutted if Faddy signed for either of the Ugly Sisters. It's not often you see a genuine Scottish talent that has not been tainted by at least one of the Old Firm and all the pish that comes with playing with them. I think that's why most Scotland fans hold him in such high esteem and if he were to go to Celtic he would be become just another player who ended up towing the Old Firm line. Don't lower yourself to their level James, you can do better.

Absolutely unbelievable! Do these people not realise that if they continue down that path they are condemning the very game they are meant to "protect"! One of the reasons we went today was because of the great atmosphere the guys created at Dunfermline the last time out and we were looking forward to another great away day with plenty of singing and banter. I'm sure I wasn't the only person who noticed how quiet it was without you lot today.
