  1. And he really does have an extraordinary glow emenating from him.....or was that just the sun shining off the 2 litres of product in his hair??
  2. NOTE: he hasn't signed just yet folks
  3. he's signed already. can we end this thread now!
  4. I was impressed with this Salim guy and also mccluskey who i thought was excellent. I was also really impressed by the young players who played last night, especially page; innes; mchugh(now our 3rd most experienced striker); quinn and jamie pollock. We seem to have talented youngsters, and plenty of them, but the game had me concerned at how thin our squad is. Minus all the trialists on show, and taking into account the absentees(hateley, reynolds, craggs, murphy, saunders, charalambous) we have 30 players. About 14 of which haven't played in a competitive fixture for the first team, and another couple (page, mchugh) who have played only a handful of games each. We're left with only about 14 recognised SPL players at the moment, and even some of them are ridiculously young: Randolph, Hammell, Craggs, Reynolds, Hutch, Saunders, Hateley, Forbes, Lasley, Humph, Jenno, Fitz, Sutton and Murphy. We need a centre forward, a winger and some cover for full back badly. I'm not a pessimistic guy but, can you call that a squad?
  5. i could get used to fir park selling out
  6. agreed, the home one looks so cheap and nasty
  7. The two you suggested gary are probably two of my favourite games. The hearts one as it was so emotional after uncle phils passing but i think the one last night was just unreal. The fact we were 4 goals behind and managed to somehow grab a point (especially after the penalty miss) and how it has kept us in pole position for 4th. I was actually physically, mentally and emotionally knackered after that game viva motherwell!!
  8. voted for sutton, really wanted to give him a hug when the players did their lap of honour. not too far ahead of jutkiewicz, o'brien and giles coke. if it hadn't of been for his silly passback that let riordan in he would have been my motm.
  9. thought the big man was outstanding last night, never gave up. plus he got the assist to the greatest goal of all time
  10. 3-2 motherwell with a couple of our assists coming from the commander of the 18yard box Graeme Smith. Beach balls at the ready!!! VIVA MOTHERWELL
  11. lambert has already said he doesn't want the celtic job and what makes you think brown would take the norwich job and why would they want him? Lambert will stay at Norwich as they adore him and they will be in the championship next season. as you hoped, its a load of pish
  12. i think it's Reidford and not reid but that doesn't really matter. i've got a mate who's a clyde fan and he was telling me that he can be really good sometimes and really terrible at other times, erratic to say the least. Although he's only 22 he said that he'll have to do a helluva a lot of improving if he is gonna be anywhere near SPL quality when he's older. Going by what he was saying i can't see him even giving fraser competition for the number 1 jersey
  13. not sure who it was that was trying to sign be it mcghee or john boyle but im pretty sure now gannon is here that he'll decide whether to pursue any further interest in signing him
  14. well forans just signed a new contract at inverness, in the first division where he belongs! he is sooo not a good player
