  1. Please don't expect me to say yes to a proposal that will reduce our substantial shareholding of 71% to 50.1% ( changed only because we didn't accept their first offering), while also us putting nearly as much money into the offer as Wild Sheep and giving them from day one, chairmanship of the board and another two directors for a paltry £300k. Then after six years a small change of hands of shares, could reduce our shareholding below the 50.1% and everything would be effectively run by Wild Sheep. My vote is in.
  2. When we have to near enough match what wild sheep invest over the period and go from 71% ownership to 50.1%, and think thats a good idea is in my opinion not thinking straight. While we would at that point in time have a majority shareholding, it doesn't take much to turn that into 49.9%. If we are investing as much as Wild Sheep, we should be maintaining our shareholding, not reducing it.
  3. Totally agree about this pleading poverty shit. I'm sick of hearing SK bleating on about we've not got a lot of money to spend etc etc etc. Just get on with managing whatever budget we have, and don't keep emphasising the negative.
  4. Derek Johnstone spoke to JRP Gordon as they left the field at half time, and said something along the lines "you'll need to help us with a penalty brother". Of course he obliged with one of the softest penalties you'll see, just after Greig had brought down Pettigrew at the other end. So predictable after Motherwell had played them of the park in the first half.
  5. VAR will be the ruin of the game. How can anybody think that taking 4 minuted to decide something was "obvious" is correct. If they can't see anything in the first minute, the original decision should stand. It's a joke.
  6. A small word "Is" but means a lot in the context of Fergie79's post. Leave it out and it changes the meaning of his post.
  7. Lets be honest if VAR takes four minutes to decide that something is a penalty, it is not an obvious error.
  8. I reckon MJC (his new name) is just a troll who tries to wind up everyone on here. Best thing to do is just ignore his posts, and don't respond to them. I certainly do.
  9. If Rangers don't score in 8 mins they'll add another couple to give them a chance to score.
  10. We've road our luck a bit, but you're fucked when VAR award these cunts a dubious penalty. We're as well no bother playing these games. Just give the cunts the points , cause if we don't the officials will.
  11. Bevis for me. Thought he had a great game up to the point where SK moved him from central defence to make room for the speedster Butcher to come on, and make an arse of it for the second goal.
  12. Got to agree with the sub of Butcher. He offered absolutely nothing and is now a yard slow. His reaction time is poor for Ceptic's goal. Shouldn't be seen again.
  13. I don't know if I'm being a bit naive, but could there be situation where both parties have the same 50/50 ownership, and the invester could take out any profit/loss from his share of player sales etc, so he sees some kind of return for his investment, but we still have a say.in the running of the club?
  14. Unfortunately for us, the fan ownership (which I am part of) has slowly dragged us down. Why? Our fan ownership would work if we could at least double the amount of members. The number we have at present makes it very difficult to make progress, because over the years costs go up, but our membership doesn't go up to compensate , so you eventually reach a point where what we put into the club isn't enough. I sincerely hope I'm wrong. That's why if we could put some kind of package together for interested people to invest in conjunction with the Well Society, this would put us a more stable footing.
