  1. Charmers is more than capable on the ball - he's just painfully slow off the ball
  2. There was a visual message displayed by both home and away supporters. Being delivered together made it wrong in my eyes
  3. John Sutton wore adidas blue circle - end of debate
  4. Jim gannon was the first manager to regularly play Shaun Hutchinson was he not?
  5. Hard to disagree with any of that. Perhaps would add yesterday was a free game for McGhee only a couple of training sessions beforehand and a game we were expected to lose. That said if we are going to go down the road of 433 long term, which will no doubt be in mcghees plans, we will need to trade a couple of strikers for midfielders in January.
  6. Yeah me too. Will be judged again after a spell of wet weather or when the under soil hearing bakes it for a sustained period however
  7. Kennedy - McManus and moult the only others to get pass marks. All three helped keep the score respectable with decent defensive work. Moult effectively playing left back first half hour
  8. We haven't been very good with him either tho have we to be fair
  9. Lasley still has a role to play in a 3 man centre midfield but his times well and truly up if we play 442
  10. Meldrum went to Dundee Utd with mixu did he not? Anyhow back on track, Someone who was involved in the club for a long time confirmed Crawford was indeed sacked for being utterly incompetent
  11. Well here are my thoughts for what they are worth. Kennedy was tremendous for us today except for the 2 stonewallers which should have been given
  12. I'm glad we have tried something different in a game we are expected to lose anyway. Fuck it! Playing a rigid 442 with Lasley in the middle has seen us in a relegation dogfight in consecutive seasons
  13. Lasley and Mcdonald dropped. Clarkson out the squad altogether. McGhee has bollocks that's for sure. Surely 352
  14. Not his biggest fan after what happened first time around but he might be just the man to kick the arses of the underperformers and get us out the shit
  15. 3 of the 6 listed walked because they had better offers elsewhere so not entirely sure the point you are trying to make
  16. Rumours that there were long negotiations over who was to be number 2. McGhee wanted leitch - the club don't. Either the club want to keep leitch in his current role with the youths or don't fancy him as assistant manager. Also leitch has made a lot of enemies over the years, although that maybe the type of character needed to help get us out the shit
  17. Shame on all those involved that day
  18. His shoulder pads were the dogs bollocks back then
  19. Mark McGhee never managed Bristol city
  20. A mark Mcghee a day keeps the doctor away
