Totally agree with that live the dream and get right behind the team, i was at the cup semi replay in 91 and we should have been dead and buried at half time, but the team never gave up and i never stopped believing and we won. So get to the game tomorrow and give the team 100% support and lets hope we can create another special memory for the well fans.

The Sir John Moore on Argyll st, 50 yards from Central station, think there might be a few well fans in there, the more the merrier
-
I dont think there are any pubs on Kings park avenue and its a good 15 or 20 min walk there from Rutherglen Station. Just stay on the train to Central and go to Sir John Moore on Argyll st, looks like there will be a few Well fans in.

Looks like Brown has secured another player from Blackburn on loan !!! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...een/9379180.stm Is anyone else becoming a bit concerned at the lack of activity at Fir Park in trying to strenghthen the team, with only 3 days to go till the transfer window shuts ? Aberdeen have kicked us in the baws enough this season i would be gutted if they managed to finish above us.

Few of us are meeting up in Central station about 12 and heading to the wetherspoons right next to the station for a few beers ( The Sir John moore, Argyll st) then a train to mount Florida about 2.15pm.

Totally agree that pair of two faced lying auld B**t*rds have ripped the heart out of a promising season. I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but i can't help thinking if they had stayed we would not be in the position we are in now.

The vast majority of the football supporting public in the motherwell area are followers of the Ugly sisters from Glasgow, so they dont give a Feck about what happens at Fir Park. The rest of the non football following public dont care at all and won't be interested in anything the club does. If by some miracle we get to the CIS final by beating Rangers then we will probably have thousands of " die hard fans " all with shiny new scarfs and tops, and struggling to name a player at the game. If we were a one club town, like Inverness then getting involved in the community is a great idea but where we are we have always sufferred for being too close to Glasgow and that wont change
-
That sums it up for me as well, i wasn't at the game but judging by all the media reports we were dire. We are now struggling to stay top 6,the only bright spot is that most of the other teams below top 4 are just as pish as us. That said we should still be beating teams like St Johnstone. As for Sunday i think we will get pumped, Rangers are not good just now but i fear they will be too good for us.
-
+ 1 we are long overdue a win against this mob so why not Sunday, lets live the dream again and hope its not another disappointment.
-
Sorry to hear that mate, condolences to the family.

Totally agree, He is not our player, its a 6 month gig so if he does well and scores a few goals for us good, If he wants a move to a bigger club then he needs to work hard which will be to our benefit. A repeat of the 2nd half of Jutkewitcz's season would do nicely.
-
Totally agree with that, finishing 4th and another European run is still on, we are only 6 behind Kilmarnock with a game in hand, SMC will get the team playing.
-
In the Rangers team he would get a lot more chances, so i think he would score a few goals, not as many as Miller but he would do well. His only problem is that he is as slow as a week in the jail

According to reports from Evening times the fee for Reynolds was £150,000, but i cant confirm if its true http://www.eveningtimes.co.uk/sport/mother...tinho-1.1080386

Season ticket holder in the POD, its not the best stand in the world but my feet are dry i think the only bad stand at FP is the east, which is basically a terracing with seats.
-
There are enough arseholes going to games sober without giving them drink as well. In europe they can handle the drink sensibly, in scotland its a nightmare. I am old enough to remember going to games and seeing people bringing in large carryouts, so by the end of the game they were all pished, and you were standing on Crappy terraces, knee deep in pish. Do you really want to go back to that, i don't
-
In English does this mean he is built like a brick shit house, slow and not very mobile, he will do well at Fir Park
-
5 rows from front in POD stand members section, just past centre line towards south stand. Great view but seats uncomfy
-
On a Trampoline for the genuine bounce effect

I have to agree that he does not look to be any good, but in fairness to him getting 10 or 15 mins in a game is not a good basis for judging him. He needs to get a few starts and full games then he can be judged. But i suspect that the verdict will still be the same that he is Crap and can be moved on anytime

I arrived at Fir Park club on Saturday just after 1pm during heavy rain and was told that there was a pitch inspection in progress !!! dont know if it was true but the state of the grass seems to indicate it might have been. With Hindsight after sufferring 90 mins of that pish, calling the game off might have been a bonus
-
Sometimes it takes one club to make the first move and ask the questions and the others will hopefully follow. I am sure most fans would back a long term solution over a short term fix.
-
There is the root cause of a lot of scottish footballs problems in that one sentence. The fans are sick of paying high tickets prices just to help some below average twenty something drive about in a fancy car and act like Billy big boots. Footbal needs to get back to reallity, John Boyle has taken the club some way down that road, but more is required. 1.Get back to a sensible sustainable wage structure, and make sure the club can trade within its means. 2. Use the TV money the way it was intended as a bonus and extra income. 3. This will mean that ticket costs will be reduced, so more fans at games. 4. More fans = more revenue for the club etc. We are at the stage now where crap players are expecting 6 figure salaries each year for very little in return, this problem needs to be faced up to, so why not Motherwell to be the 1st club to take the tough choices. We may suffer short term but long term we will be the stronger for it.
-
+ 1 with that, he has been a great player for Motherwell over the past few seasons, should have had a game for Scotland long ago, but overlooked by that fud Levein. He deserves to be playing at a higher level, all the best to him

Agree with this, a good victory for the Well, 2-0 is my prediction (sutton and Murphy)
