Does that mean then that if Celtic win the cup then the 4th best European slot ie EL 2nd qualifying will go to Hibs or Falkirk...in which case SPL 3rd would take the other round 2 place and SPL 2nd ie Motherwell would enter at Q3 ?

Scottish cup winners go in at Europa league 3rd qualifying...SPL runners up and 3rd go in at 2nd qualifying. Scotlands coefficient dropped this year thats why only 1 CL place. But starting a round earlier we might get some wins and boost our coefficient.

We got what we deserved from that game tonight..absolutely feck all...we had no creative play, too many individual mistakes, beaten for pace all night. Untd sat in and hit us on the break and in all honesty should have won by 2 or 3 goals...bad day at the office. I did not make the game on Saturday, just saw the highlights this morning...how the feck did we lose that game !!! the number of chances we missed was ridiculous, it should have been game over by half time. As for the red cards Kerr and Lasley can have no complaints, both deserved to go.
