Im sure the vast majority of the people who sit in the " new seats" in the pod are not looking for any form of compensation as they would still have to sit in the seats. Personally as an ST holder in the pod all i want is the club to acknowledge that they fecked up big time on this issue and get it sorted ASAP then we can all sit comfortably again.

Same story with my sons seat in pod last night, the row in front of me not actually off yet but hanging by a thread. The seats are a sub standard product, badly fitted by the looks of it and not fit for their intended purpose.

We gave it a go but in reality we were well beaten by a much better team, after scoring a brilliant goal after 2 minutes we never looked like scoring again for the next 94 mins, to be honest Paulsen kept it respectable. The 2nd goal was a stupid action by Moorman a stonewall penalty, but how var thought it was a red card is beyond me, the officials and var were very poor tonight. A 2-1 defeat would have been a very good result , so the 3rd goal with the last action of the game was a right boot in the baws. There is no disgrace in being beaten by a much better team, Freiburg are a class above anything we will face in the premiership this season, Ginter is a world cup winner with 51 caps for Germany . So half time in the tie, 3-1 down and one of our key players wont be going to Germany, we still have a chance, albeit a very slim one so i hope we enjoy it and live the dream for 90 mins.. After we beat Helsinki, it was 4 trophies to play for but this week has been rough and i expect the trophy chase will be down to two by next Thursday.

There was no reason for Longelo, Fadinger, or Moorman not to start on Sunday, they were all fit and ready, so it was not a forced choice by AJ, it was deliberate for whatever reason he had. Did he underestimate Stenny maybe a little bit, but he certainly overestimated the ability of Wilson, Booth, Whyte and Ross to cope with what was asked of them, they were like rabbits in the headlights every time they got the ball. Would we have won if they had not started, possibly but at least we would have tested the stenny defence instead of just passing the ball back to connelly all the time, the stenny defence just sat in knowing there was no threat.

We've had a number of posts which would rival the gettysburg address in length and verbosity, to try to communicate a simple fact, ie Wilson, Ross, whyte and Booth are not at the standard we need in the team, despite having several opportunities to prove otherwise. Will they ever make the standard, im not so sure as there is scant evidence to support that assumption from what we have seen so far. If there is anything good to be taken from the shambles at Ovhilview on Sunday its that the aforementioned players are nowhere near ready to be starting first team games, so i hope AJ has learned this for the future, especially when we have a fit squad available.

As a Motherwell fan i want to see the team win every game it plays thats obviously not going to happen but i wish it would. The sell out away support yesterday would suggest the league cup is not devalued, its a national trophy and we should be trying to win it, likewise with the Scottish cup, SPFL premiership, any European competition we qualify for, the lanarkshire cup, summer cup, etc etc. The match programme at Fir park, lists our achievements over the years not the profits we make as thats how 99.9999% of football fans the world over judge their teams.

What man in charge would that be, kyrk McMillan, brian caldwell, AJ, or the WS board rep? Maybe as a fan owned club the ws should do a survey on the topic and see what the real people in charge think

I said yesterday Connelly gave me the fear, but he proved me wrong today i thought he played really well, he could have done better for the goal but he was by far the best we had today.

Apart from you maybe, nobody ever remembers or cares how much cash the club earned in a season, but win a trophy or a title etc and its remembered and discussed for generations, especially at s club of our size as has been said earlier " thats our cake" a run in Europe is the reward for the team being the star bakers and producing a great cake over the season.

Squad rotation only works if you have players of simlar or greater ability to bring in, we dont have that luxury. Booth, Whyte and Ross are nowhere near ready to be starting 1st team games and add to that Wilson who is brutal and Vogt and TJ who contributed feck all its no wonder we were brutal. Lets be honest AJ fecked up today with that starting 11, 1st half they were running sbout like headless chickens, nobody wanting to go forward, so all we did was pass the ball accross the back line, Stenny just sat there knowing there was no threat

For me the only viable solution to the problem is for the club to acknowledge a mistake has been made in fitting these seats and then start the process to get them replaced with something fit for purpose.

Connelly is not comfortable playing out from the back, and for me too small as a keeper, Wilson lacks pace and his final ball is suspect, Booth is not ready for regular 1st team football yet, but Vogt and Sparrow if fit are ok. Every game is massive, strongest 11 at all times, in their faces ftom the off, press high and move the ball quickly, get the game done by half time.

The chairman and CEO were in mrs Baillies before the game last night and i heard a few people complaining about the POD seats to them, but no idea if they are actually going to address the issue, for me i dont think they will andxwe will be stuck with rthem.

Why do you assume that? Just because he did well at Stenny on loan is no guarantee that AJ will have him in the team. Games like this are no place to meddle with the team set up, try out fringe players etc, strongest possible 1st pick team at all times.
