Feels Scottish.... aye ok, he's on record stating how shit it is being part of the international squads and being away with Scotland, it does not matter if your dad, Grandad etc are Scots, the boy owes everything he has in football to England, youth teams semi pro, and pro contracts etc and if he had as much as a sniff of an England call up he would be nowhere near us, so I'm not having any of that " I feel Scottish " shite. How many genuine home grown players has Scotland lost over the years because they were not picked in place of Random English players whose Grannies once had shortbread at Gretna Green. Why are players like Alan Campbell, Turnbull, Nisbet to name a few getting over looked for guys like, Che Adams, Jacob Brown, lyndon Dykes, and the latest guy from Blackburn Dominic Hyam its feckin nonsense.
-
With a compliant media and football authorities giving them an easy time, that's the one and only mention the incident will get, from a club employee.
-
Another pretend Scotsman who is only playing for us as he was never going to be good enough to be called up by England, and as it turns out he's not even good enough for us.
-
Can you imagine the seethe and "letters of clarification" Heading for Hampden if an ugly sisters player was cited for deliberate cheating, the SFA are shit scared of them? But as those two get an easy ride media wise in Scotland its never going to happen, to the detriment of the other 40 clubs in the SPFL.
-
Spot on , Clarke is feckin hopeless and his bosses at the SFA are just as bad for letting that situation arise, irrespective of whether Gordon was injured or not we would still have the same scenario. But Clarke gets an easy ride from the Media and the SFA, so nothing ever gets done.

I agree re Cornelius he was very poor today, all over the place, ball watching all game, very rarely picked a runner up. As for Slattery his stupid tackle cost us the 1st goal and he had a poor game but tbf he's been a better looking player under SK, so I would not be too harsh on him.
-
VAR was shocking today like you I thought our 1st and their 3rd were both off, the VAR lines do not look to be straight.
-
So who invades the pitch from that section in the ground then, sets flares off, winds up the stewards, etc, etc if not the "bois"? We all watch it from other parts of Fir Park or away grounds and any "Stupid behaviour" as you put it always seems to emanate from them, is there a special Troll squad within block E giving the others a bad name?

Wrong formation and tactics from the 1st minute, sitting back letting teams like Rangers come on to you, with no press only ever ends one way in defeat. The rangers defence is average at best but we never went for them after we scored and ultimately got what we deserved from the game nothing. Defensively we were brutal today, too many ball watchers not marking up. But all that said anything today would have been a big bonus, we have more important games coming up to save the season
-
It was never a foul Dave absolutely shocking decision to give a 2nd yellow, Cantwell should have been booked for simulation aka cheating.
-
Aw well , I see the ghost of Stevie Hammell has returned straight from our feckin kick off,
-
Aye a great protest....we'll go in stand at the back for 15 mins then go to our seats that will really get our point across whatever the feck it was anyway,
-
OK then, what's your next prediction sering as this one is fucked.

There is a very fine line between actively supporting your club by enhancing the fan experience, the drums, banners, etc and becoming whinging annoying arseholes complaining about how bad they are treated, setting off flares and the like. Nobody has any issues with the drums, the banners, the great support the team gets from those guys, and fair play to them for the effort they put into it, but as has been mentioned before, recently they seem determined to want to brand themselves as some sort of "Motherwell Ultras" with the obvious comparison to those with the"we are always the victims agenda" why does anybody think that setting off and throwing flares in a crowd, both illegal and dangerous and then complaining about heavy hand tactics by the police and club officials to prevent them doing so is an acceptable position? For me if you are determined to put that amount of effort into supporting your team do it in a positive way and forget all of the other shite, it will be a better experience for all fans and the club in general.
-
100% this, the man is a fud,Scotland will achieve nothing with him in charge, every squad he names is full of players he has no intention of playing.
-
The boy is English end of, but the problem is he is not good enough and will never get picked for the full England team so he switched to Scotland and that fud Steve Clarke will end up playing him to seal the deal.
-
Sometimes a player realises that he's not going to get another big money contract / move as their contracts run down so why not move to us, might be a coaching job on offer longer term.
-
On the bright side a 41% record of positive results over the years is fairly decent 😁
-
Backwards......Experience in European competition, a clutch of winners medals, a decent goal return, learning his trade from better players around him, etc he's a better player now than when he left us, and only 23 years old, for me his career is doing OK so far.
-
Aye ok, David, you'll get thousands of pounds a week more than you get at Fir park for the next 3 or 4 years, better bonuses and facilities, etc, this deal will see you financially secure....aye bad advice right enough

I don't believe for a minute that that every squad of players we've had over the last 20 years, every manager, club officials etc have had the attitude that " aw well its Rangers we never beat them so we're not bothered" We have beaten Rangers in the league cup 2017 and both playoff games in 2015, which incidentally were technically under the auspices of the SPFL not in a cup competition so as such league games. So I don't subscribe to this " mental block" nonsense when playing the blue uglies, sometimes you just need to put your hands up and say you gave it your best shot but lost to a better team. If it was a mentality issue then it would be constant defeats, but thats not the case given the number of draws we've had home and away over the years. Also the pish about other teams managing to beat them when we don't does my head in, if the record of the other 9 teams in the league against Rangers over the 20 years was compared to ours they would be equally as bad, it a sad fact of Scottish football that the uglies don't lose many games on a regular basis to any team apart from each other, so Motherwell are not unique.
-
Mostly agree with that it is a free hit but the fans do care, its been over 20 years so it's a monkey we need off our backs. The gulf in class between the ugly sisters and the other 10 premiership teams is vast as last nights results show. We will need a lot of luck, all our players up for the game with the right attitude from the start etc, as well as Rangers having an off day to get a result, we've had lots of draws over the years so here's hoping we can take that extra step. Three points from this one would be a massive result in the context of this season and keeping us up, but it would be a great confidence booster to the whole club, team and fans, nothing more enjoyable than a big GIRUY to either of those two
-
Would love to say yes, but I really can't see it happening. They are nothing special just now but they are getting all the luck, dodgy penalties, keepers wiping out players and no action taken etc. However if we can stay organised in defence, take our chances when they come and not give them cheap goals we have a chance of getting a result, SK will be a legend at Fir Park if he can get us 3 points and end the over 20 year wait for a league win, heart says a great result, head says another 1 goal defeat.

What's your point caller?
