  1. I thought I saw that as well, nothing has been mentioned though.
  2. Liam Donnelly started for NI in the friendly win over Estonia, there was another couple of former players involved, Trevor Carson and Henri Anier
  3. Only if you live next to it, although it's not as if the view they have now will be spoilt, everybody else who benefits from faster and more reliable mobile signals won't give a shit what it looks like
  4. Spot on the max range of a 5G antenna is only about 1,000 feet I was involved in a project with BT a few years back just after they bought EE and they reckoned then that to provide adequate 5G coverage, lots of antennas would be required, they also began developing mini antennas to attach to buildings and lampposts etc where there is no space for larger structures. So people will need to get used to more masts etc if they want the benefits 5G brings, the council planners know this as well, so I would be surprised if any proposed structures are refused planning permission.
  5. So John Boyle allegedly signed a deal probably over 10 years ago as he stepped down as chairman in 2011 to do a deal with a mobile company for a 5G phone mast to support a technology that would not be possible for at least another 5 or 6 years. I wonder if there was a Delorean parked outside with Marty Mcfly and Doc Brown negotiating for the mobile company.
  6. Totally agree mate the 5G conspiracy theorists are in their element with stuff like this all over social media, ironically a technology made all the better over fast 5G networks so they don't mind using it, they are all fuckwits and should be ignored.
  7. Try and stop talking shite for a wee while you might just enjoy it, I know everyone else will
  8. It's feck all to do with politics its main purpose is to encourage people who have not yet done so i. e. the younger age groups who just happen to be the people spreading the virus now to get vaccinated. It's a public health initiative ffs to try to help control and stop the spread of a virus that kills people, so if that means me spending 30 seconds extra going into Fir Park to show proof of vaccination then so be it, it's not a lot to ask. No doubt all the anti vaxers, conspiracy theorists, David Icke fans and general fuckwits in society will be up in arms about it, but its about saving peoples lives and learning to live with the virus as it's here to stay, so we need to deal with it.
  9. Excellent might get a decent mobile signal in the ground for a change.
  10. Lighten up ffs giving personal abuse to somebody giving their opinion on a public forum is well out of order, come back in another 18 months when you have chilled out
  11. He might be coming back, this from the BBC transfer page Hearts expect to announce Devlin Brian McLauchlin BBC Sport Scotland As for city rivals Hearts, Australian midfielder Cameron Devlin is set to be announced at some point today after relevant paperwork is completed. As for outgoings, winger Jordan Roberts is likely to return to Motherwell on loan.
  12. This forum is beyond belief at times, every player we sign is either a brilliant signing or utter garbage depending on who you listen to before he has kicked a ball. Every signing is a gamble, brilliant play, skill and ability or lack of all those at previous teams is irrelevant its how he plays for us that matters, will he fit into the team, can GA get something from him that other coaches could not etc. So can we just allow the signings to settle into the team and whatever style they are asked to play and we can judge them in a few months.
  13. And it's a hat trick, enough now.
  14. that's the 2nd straight red card this week
  15. When I saw it at the game I thought a red card was harsh, but the Sportscene highlights slowed it down and it was a shocker, straight leg off the ground and caught the Dundee player above the ankle, so Carroll can have no complaints. How much Collum saw of it in real time is debatable though, I get the impression he had the red card out before the Dundee player hit the grass.
  16. Why did we not deserve to win,we kept a clean sheet, Dundee had one decent chance and never took it, they had lots of possession after that and went nowhere, Kelly never had another serious save to make. We also had one decent chance and we took it went 1-0 up and defended well to see the game out, football is a simple game you score more goals than your opponents you deserve to win
  17. No diet coke on offer in the POD, none in the entire stadium apparently, so full fat or nothing, 2 mins before half time and they were running short on pies as well so improvements are still required. I used cash so not sure if they were taking card payments, but I never saw anyone using a card so I suspect it was cash only.
  18. Yes Dundee had a fair bit of possession but they done nothing constructive with it everything went sideways, when Adams went off they had no idea what to do with the ball, and as for Kelly, he never had one non comfortable save to make all game. To be honest the game was poor only 1 decent chance for each team, we took ours and then defended well to see the game out, but in all honesty Dundee never really seriously threatened.
  19. Went for Ojala, never flustered strolled the game, special mention for Watt.
  20. Callum Lang with the winner for Wigan today, I think he is a much better player than what we saw from him during his time at Fir Park.
  21. A good 3 points from a poor game, one decent chance that hit the bar was all that Dundee had to offer, they rely on Adams so much they were fecked when he went off. A great header from Watt for the goal after that we were comfortable, I thought Ojala was superb, he strolled the game. I am still concerned we are not creating a lot of chances, we can't rely on Watt every week so we need to improve on that but 3 points and a clean sheet is a good days work.
  22. It probably has been announced on AB,s twitter but it won't be abstract enough so we won't notice.
  23. It's called keeping the fans informed and tweeting we are hoping to sign a couple of players before the deadline is hardly revealing the clubs future business plan "Breaking news football club signs players ", get a grip FFS.
  24. Cedric Kipre starting for West Brom v Arsenal in the EFL Cup tonight, not going well though, they are 4-0 down after 55 mins.
  25. Ferguson, Mourinho, Stein, Shankly, Paisley, to name a few were all average players and world class manager / coaches in their respective eras
