  1. We are due a win in Paisley again but on the flip side we have a tendancy tae lose against teams who are oan a rotten run of form. On this occasion however i will remain positive and predict 3-1 well with our number 9 big Sutton scoring all 3 against his old club

Well i'm not saying its the right thing tae dae but its in a motherwell fans nature tae smash the panic button at the first sign of trouble, after the years of administration and finishing bottom of the league etc i can kinda understand it, i have been guilty of that in past but i've got better with age

That is really weird reading that report. Last time Motherwell and relegation battle appeared together, its only got better since those days
  4. Can you really class Rangers as a bogey team ? Considering the mental transfer fees and wages they were throwing about (who's laughing now sevco) they should huv been beating a club our size on a regular basis. Still breaks ma heart its been 12 f**king years mind you i can still mind sittin in the east stand when Faddy poked the ball past the keeper Klos i think it was. Sad thing is i really want tae aviod sevco in the scottish cup this year cause they'll do us again with that wee tit Law rubbing it right in
  5. Cheers fir the responce folks that wis doin ma head in trying tae remember the last home win. I know what you's are saying about no such thing as bogey teams but there must be a small part of it that plays on a players mind if he is aware of having a poor record against certain teams. If ye forget the last game against them ye huv tae say we were definatly Aberdeens bogey team for the last few years (apart fae cup games of course)
  6. Although the form book says we are favourites tae beat st midden oan saturday i think we can all agree that our recent record against them is pretty grim reading, i'm pretty sure our last win in Paisley wis the game where Hateley scored a free kick right at the death and i've got a complete memory block about the last well victory against them at FP so if someone could put me out my misery and tell me it would be appreciated
  7. Hell will have tae freeze over before the SNP government allow this tae happen anyway, not only dae they not want us drinking at fitba they are trying tae stop us drinking all together with minimum pricing etc. personally i wouldn't huv a problem with it coming back but i like the fact we can't then after the final whistle everybody piles out FP down tae their respective boozers daniels the leccy etc and sit with a pint and disect the game we've just watched.
  8. Not saying other countries don't have volatile games i'm just saying as a nation we don't exactly have a great relationship with drink, i include myself in that cause there is a few games where i have been drunk out ma heed and had the polis on my case especially up at Inverness, i don't see the need for it back in stadiums thats all, fans do enough drinkin before and after the game
  9. I wonder if he is gutted now that a saudi prince has bought Sheffield United after he turned them down. Mind you after the shocking start United have had under Davie Weir its very possible they will come back for Stuart soon and i don't think he would say no to them now !!
  10. Have to agree with that standing areas are a better way forward than bringing bevvy back. Think about some of more volitile games we have in Scotland like the edinburgh derby you add bevvy tae that it would be a matter of time before it all kicked off and the bevvy would be blamed instantly and banned again ! Pointless bringing it back

Things were more grim under Malpas though. It was like there was a constant black cloud over the club i remember walking out the east stand after THAT game against St Mirren under Maurice and the only reason we got saftey was results elsewhere. I can't remember any times that grim under Gannon

Hi folks first time poster here i've been a well fan all of my 26 years and absolutly love it. Gannon was ok up to a point then towards the end was blaming the problems on everybody but himself like the players refs etc. Very surprised that no club will give him a job even as a scout or even the coach of a youth side.
