Should there be just one national training academy for all youth players and each club providing funding and in turn they are given a player allocation each year rather than each club fighting over limited youth players in this country..No team then has a monopoly on the best youth players.

Does he think transfer fees should be binned in favour of fixed price bands like council tax bands that takes into account, age, ability, length of time at current club, status of club, status of player i.e International etc...??

Does he think players should get a very low basic wage and higher bonuses that reflect a lot of normal public wages in an effort to get players to try harder throughout the season rather than when their contracts are due for renewal..??

Not just a refund for the covers but compensation for a full days football from the company, yes we get to play again but no doubt the postponed fixture will be midweek and a much reduced gate than it would have been...Still does not get away from the fact lessons have still not been learned one year on...Heavy fine ( which will reduce any transfer money in January) is probable but not unexpected considering the cold weather had been forecast almost a week in advance...(By the way good to be back..!!)
